Easy to organise
We had no issues ... The driver arrived on time on the day and the communication was good in setting up the pick up time and location. The only thing was that I booked it and got two messages in the same day prompting me to pay the invoice. So I paid the same day, even though the invoice said I had a bit of time to pay.

GOOD SERVICE
I have used their services for 4 years and the service has been excellent. Their booking process on WhatsApp can be slow, whilst the operator moves between clients, but this time I said upfront that I will not wait and I need my booking finalized quickly, and he did it from quote to payment in minutes! Well done!!!
The car arrived on time, the driver was great and so was the car!

Was apprehensive at first as the return journey was in the middle of nowhere so would have been difficult to find an alternative if something happened. However everything went smoothly and the driver arrived early and contacted me to say they had arrived and didn't mind waiting 30mins until the booking time. Great service would use again.

Driver at wrong address and uncontactable with his phone off
Bad experience. I booked a car to go the airport driver was missing even though my address was exactly right on the booking. I got a call from the call center saying the driver has arrived. I go outside with my various bits of luggage including a huge bike bag to check - no sign of him. I call the call center. They say they've asked the driver to call me. Driver doesn't call after several minutes of waiting. I call again. The call center then tells me the driver has switched his phone off so is uncontactable and that I should look for him...? Very odd. The call center gives me the driver's details. I call the driver. His phone is still off. This goes on for a while until I run around neighbourhood searching for the non-descript location of the pin that the call center sees the driver's GPS is at. Once we start the journey, the driver's phone obviously doesn't work so he can't navigate. I'm happy to help but together with the other issues I didn't think this was reliable at all and made it very stressful for me. Wouldn't use them again sadly.

Driver was 5 mins late but otherwise very nice and safe driving.

I have never felt more unsafe in a car
I have never felt more unsafe in a car. From the moment I was picked up (30 minutes late) at 11pm, the entire ride was unsafe due to the driver speeding and having to slam breaks from not looking and almost crashing. This is the second review I’ve made as my other one was deleted, and I can’t get ahold of the company.

Booked airport transfer through britannia from Gatwick to slough, reasonable rates. They have good cars and offer meet and great after customs. The driver had arrived on time.

Excellent service. Used this company for airport transfers. As our flights kept being changed I had to amend my booking with them on several occasions. This was done with ease and the company were very obliging
