The man who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and understood the problem with my car. He explained well what would happen and how long it would be for help to arrive. The rescue man arrived very quickly and diagnosed the fault and expained it well. Very good service by Britannia Rescue.

Britannia Rescue were prompt and courteous and when the helpful mechanic couldn't fix our car on the roadside, he towed us to a garage. Great service, I'm glad we went with Britannia after years of being RAC members.

Joined Britannia for their good reviews and am so glad I made thay decision. From making the call to them for rescue to an agent arriving was 27 minutes. With the AA or RAC I’d have expected to keep dropping down their list of priorities considering I wasn’t stranded.

Brittania also sent for a rescue vehicle that was equipped to provide repairs or recover to my local Jag specialist which would have negated any delays waiting for a seperate flatbed recovery truck.

Thank you to Britain's Rescue who helped me at the end of December. Very good communication, and my car was delivered to Shropshire from Bristol within 24hrs.
I then had to ask for help to transport my car to a specialist garage and this was completed within 3 hours. Thank you.

They were great . The initial contact was both professional and sympathetic and the agent who came out arrived quickly and was excellent.

My car's battery had died on my drive, so I reported this using the online form and requested breakdown assistance. It was about half five and I chose the 6-10pm window. By 6.05 the breakdown van was outside my door, and by 6.15 my car was running again. Absolutely smooth and faultless.

Britannia rescue are a first rate car rescue service

From the first call, the whole roadside service was wonderful and de escalated my stress. As a woman ,stranded at night, the half hourly welfare calls with support and updates were priceless. The recovery driver was kind and efficient and got me and my car home safe and sound. Highly recommend them.

Poor communication, told 2 hours'ish wait so rung them after that passed & no word -"Sorry but he's broke down"!! "We'll try to get to you in an hour"
But you didn't think it worth contacting me to let me know it would be another hour? "Sorry"
As it happens the driver, Martin from Ravenscroft turned up half an hour later and took me to get the car sorted. He was first class, shame the rest wasn't.

The whole process from start to finish was impressive would recommend Brtannia rescue too any one

Better response time than RAC or AA.

As with the great reviews that Britannia Rescue have received, it is most definitely deserved.
I had a follow up call from the office after they attended to my breakdown, I mentioned that it is looking like an electrical fault and the guy wasn't able to resolve the problem. She (sorry sadly I don't remember the ladies name) reassuringly suggested trying another company they use.
I have never had this level of customer service and at such a high level. My car needed to be taken to a local garage I use for all my car issues, so needed to confirm a date with them, it being christmas I had to wait until the new year. A note was put on the system that I would be needing the car taken to the garage in the new year. I booked the garage and phoned Britannia Rescue and they arranged the transportation of my car.
the transportation company by the way "LJ Transportation" were also excellent, I recieved calls every 20-30 mins with updates on the drivers current location, took photos and worked very safely, very professional.
These reviews are definitely genuine and as a new customer of Britannia Rescue I can't praise them enough for all their support, understanding and patience with me. Wish I had found this company many years ago.
