I used the "At Home" service to deal with a damaged tyre. Reporting online was very easy, I received clear updates by text message and the recovery person phoned me to say they were on their way. All dealt with quickly and without any fuss.

From reporting the problem to the car being towed to our garage everything went smoothly. The recovery agent was really kind and understood autism. He made us feel safe and listened to.

The response to my call was good. The wait for rescue seemed a little long considering I was in a very easy to reach location.

Flat tyre at home. Everything handled perfectly by Britannia and their agent McAdam. Car recovered to tyre retailers with the minimum of fuss. Superb service on a wet and miserable day. Shame modern cars don't have spare wheels.

My phone call was answered immediately. The call handler took my details and I was told that somebody should arrive within two hours.
After one hour I received a call from the recovery agent, he said he would arrive 30 minutes later. He arrived exactly 30 minutes later and was able to start my car within a few minutes (the battery was flat).
The agent was polite, friendly and very efficient.

My car broke down and Britannia Rescue were fantastic. They arranged a tow truck and as it was a Saturday afternoon they towed the car to my flat. I was initially told to expect an 2 hour wait however within half an hour I was rung to advise that the tow truck was 10 mins awsy. Once I had managed to book the car into a garage the following Wednesday Britannia Rescue arranged for the tow truck to collect the car from my flat and towed it to the garage. All stress free and all the staff from the person who answered my initial phone call to the tow truck drivers were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend 100%.

Good communications and service both from BR and their recovery agent. Also arranged transport of car the following day to nearby tyre depot, as it couldn't be fixed on the actual night.
