I purchased some acoustic wall panels,on the day of the promised delivery I had a hospital appointment so when Delivery had not arrived by noon I rang British homes direct for an update,I need not have worried I was put through to a gentleman who was helpful and very polite,he talked me through my delivery and said the van was around the corner from my house as we spoke and low and behold it turned the corner as we was conversing.fantastic customer service again from British homes direct and will be using them again 5* company

I had not heard about my delivery, however, I was being impatient.
