Low quality and abuse consumer rights
I'm sceptical about many of the reviews here. Fake reviews are a well-known issue on Trustpilot, and based on my experience, I would encourage potential customers to look beyond the overall rating.
I purchased acoustic panels advertised as 22mm thick. The product listing stated 22mm, and at the time of writing it still does. However, the panels I received measured 15mm (the box said the same), making them significantly thinner and lower quality than advertised. For comparison, other retailers, including B&Q, sell genuine 22mm panels for less and far better quality.
After returning the goods because they were not as described, the company has refused to refund the £19.99 delivery charge, insisting that delivery fees are "non-refundable." They are attempting to apply their own policy instead of recognising a customer's statutory rights when goods do not match their description.
Based on my experience, ask you to shop elsewhere and warn you against dealing with them.
