Ordered wall panels twice and paid £15.99 for 2-3 delivery. Heard nothing for 2 weeks then they cancelled. Them received an email to confirm the panels were in stock, therefore we reordered only for it to get cancelled again 2 days later.
Buy from elsewhere, much better service.

Scammy company, misleading final sale everyday and very low quality products and non existent customer service
Update: Instead of addressing the issue with my order and experience, this company is trying to take down this review and has blocked me on all their social media.
Don't waste your money and time to order from this company, They always do misleading and scammy marketing tactic for FINAL SALE, everyday is final sale with this company, Second the product is very low quality its nothing as they advertised, we ordered from them half of the order arrived and we can see how flimsy and cheap looking the product, its not comparable of their inflated RRP premium and discounted to lure you thinking you are getting great bargain while in fact its just priced as what you paid no actual discount/sales, you will be disappointed with the quality and spend money to install only later fall apart and costed you more to fix it, then their service are extremelly low, i had to chase them all the time where is half of my order, and now 2 months my money still not refunded back, so I am going to start charge back case to this scammy company, so in short you are getting very low cheap quality product, with scammy marketing tactic and non existent customer service, save your time and energy get elsewhere

The use of words such as “scammy company” and claims that we intentionally mislead customers are extremely serious allegations and are simply not an accurate representation of our business. We are a legitimate UK retailer supplying thousands of customers, and we operate openly with clear pricing, order confirmations, policies, and customer support channels available to every customer.
Regarding the comments about “final sale” promotions, this is a misunderstanding of how retail promotions work. Offers and campaigns can change, continue, or be repeated depending on stock availability and commercial decisions. This does not mean customers are being deceived. Every customer sees the price, product details, and terms before placing an order. Suggesting that customers are being “tricked” into purchasing is an unfair assumption and not supported by facts.
In relation to product quality, opinions may differ, but making broad statements that our products are “cheap”, “flimsy”, or will “fall apart” is an exaggeration and does not reflect the experience of the many customers who have successfully installed and enjoyed our products. If a customer has a genuine issue with a product, we have clear procedures in place to investigate and resolve it. However, making general claims without allowing us the opportunity to inspect or resolve the matter does not provide a balanced view.
We also need to address the comments regarding your refund. Refunds are not held for two months as suggested. Once any required collection has been completed and the returned goods have been received, refunds are processed within **7–10 working days** according to our standard process. Any suggestion that we deliberately delay refunds is incorrect. If there has been an issue with your specific case, we are more than willing to review it, but inaccurate claims only create unnecessary confusion for other customers.
Regarding your updated review claiming we are attempting to remove feedback and block customers, this is also misleading. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative. Like any business, we may report content where we believe it breaches platform guidelines, but the final decision is made independently by Trustpilot. We also have the right to moderate our own social media platforms to ensure conversations remain respectful and productive.
It is important to remember that a negative experience does not automatically mean a company is dishonest. Mistakes, delays, or disagreements can happen in any business, but turning an individual complaint into accusations of fraud and deliberate deception is not a fair representation of the situation.
We are still willing to look into any genuine unresolved matter, but we cannot investigate your specific order without any order details. Absolutely fuming!!
Absolutely fuming!!! Ordered 3 media wall panels at the end of may to ensure they were here ready for when we had finished decorating our living room.
As we were not ready for them when they arrived, we laid them down, still in the box, slightly opened the end to make sure they were the right colour, then left them led in the spare room.
2 weeks ago,our new plaster was dry enough to begin decoration, so we opened the box and took out the first panel. We bought it down and put it up against the wall to find that it was damaged! I immediately emailed British homes direct to explain the situation. I then checked the other panels to find that they were all damaged in the exact same place.
I emailed again the same day with pictures to prove they are still in the box and still individually still wrapped in the 'protective' selophane, explaining that it was all 3 panels that were damaged and stated that I was happy to send them back for a refund or replacement.
I am very annoyed at the fact that I have received an email to say that the won't be doing either as I have had them more than 30 days.
So not realising that by not taking them all out of the box and messing about with them when I didn't need to, believeing them to be safer on the box, out of the way until we were ready for them proves to be my downfall, and I am now over £100 out of pocket!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THE AFTER SALES SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY IS NON EXISTENT!!!
