Switch was handled very efficiently, with good communication throughout. I also received a gift card, which was equivalent to three months’ subscription, which was a great bonus!

Such a hassle to use this website
Such a hassle to use this website which is provided by employer through discount scheme. Once you are through to the Vodafone broadband site, constant errors saying need to call them with no explanation then price initially showing as £24 then errors, came out started again, now went up to £25 still errors and then a sudden maintenance issue. Given up now, I shouldn't have to spend all evening trying to place a broadband order which Vodafone clearly doesn't want to accept. I wonder if I just ordered straight from Vodafone, it would sail through. Bought broadband via Uswitch before and so much easier. Also from reading other reviews doesn't seem as you get the full amount of vouchers promised anyway. Maybe the errors were a blessing in disguise.

poorly designed and seems intentionally structured to give the impression of great deals
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Broadband Genie and the associated Virgin Media application process through their site. The entire experience has been frustrating and misleading.
Firstly, the website itself is poorly designed and seems intentionally structured to give the impression of great deals, which is misleading. For example, I completed an online application for Virgin Media’s M500 broadband package via Broadband Genie. Strangely, Broadband Genie offered a price nearly £8 per month cheaper than Virgin Media’s own offer for the same package, which raised my initial hopes.
However, the problems began immediately after. I received a so-called ‘Contract Information Sheet’ that did not include a contract number but listed a proposed installation date of March 19th—yesterday. No one showed up for the installation, resulting in a lost day of annual leave.
When I tried to contact Virgin Media, I was unable to get past their automated system because it required a Virgin home telephone number or account number, neither of which I had at that point. I then called Broadband Genie’s customer service number (0333 0417 273), only to be met with unhelpful and confusing responses. The call center, apparently located in South Africa, claimed to be a “comparison call center” with no direct association to Broadband Genie, which was both baffling and frustrating.
I have also emailed Broadband Genie at enquiriesatgenieventures.co.uk but have yet to receive any acknowledgment or response—not even a holding email confirming receipt.
Additionally, the website promotes a £250 cashback offer, which appears to be completely false and misleading.
Based on this experience, I strongly caution others against using this site. It seems to collect personal data under false pretenses and relies on unreliable affiliate links. I also suspect that some of the positive reviews on the site may be fabricated.
It is a shame that I cannot upload pictures to illustrate these issues, but I hope this detailed account serves as a warning to potential customers.
If you want, I can help you format this into a formal letter or email template for submission. Would you like that?

Not correct! unreliable info.
Not correct!! Vodaphone fibre 2 suppose to connect to the address but when speaking to them No they do not connect to my postcode TalkTalk £24 plan 67Mbs is actually 11 Mbs at best and cost is £29.95 and going up so what a waste of time this site is as the suppose information is wrong, didn't bother with any others because i believe that i will be wasting my time (BT pole outside property and a wire connection already connected to property) - no offers on this site from BT
Update; just tried sky and Now- neither of them connect to my address - not what it shows on this site and BT (just checked) do connect over the existing copper line, 8-15 Mbs £29 and 15Mbs £53 and both going up at end of March.
Pop don't connect either so back to my point about you! unreliable mis information.

Easy switching from fibre to mobile broadband
Good they integrated the switch from a fibre to cabinet/copper wire provider to a mobile 5g broadband provider in a managed switching process. Not so good that the switching process was patchy with the new service being commissioned several hours after the scheduled time with the customer being left to chase the new provider for an explanation. The offer from broadbandgenie of a voucher took 3 months to come through. The offer they curated included a credit against the last bill from the outgoing supplier, but the nature of the last bill is ambiguous since the final 'bill' is a credit for days not due, but charged in advance. No credit has been received as yet. The positive is the new service is literally 10 times the speed of the old, has real support on tap if required and is cheaper too - no regrets.
Great prices but...
Great prices, but the online ordering system didn't work for me so ended up calling (35 mins). Also, they have advertised a £100 voucher for signups but apparently, the gift card is reduced by 50% when you order using the phone number published. The agent's "Manager" confirmed that for phone based orders, the amount drops to £50, although the webpage doesn't mention this reduction (I have a screen -shot to prove this)
This was a huge disappointment after a very long call (35 mins). Also, the line felt like a voice changing software was being used. I also felt very uncomfortable when she asked me to create a password, memorable word, my bank account details (for direct debit), my birthday, full address, email and phone number on the same (recorded) phone call. I hope they are keeping their customer call recordings safe, as I felt really uncomfortable sharing all of this personally sensitive data. It will be a personal information paradise for any potential hackers!
Easy to order and an excellent perk
Easy to order and an excellent perk, should it materialise, of a voucher.
