Sadly, delivery took too long. I ended up ordering the same item from another merchant, and returning the item I bought from Brushy Mtn.

I ordered a new scale for my honey bee hives. It arrived with damages and appeared to be used. After trying to contact Bushy Mountain they pointed the finger at the manufacture and offered no resolution. I have now waited almost a month with no response or effort to correct this. After contacting them again and the finger was pointed to management. Thumbs down and highly disappointed.

All of my orders have always arrived on time or earlier than the time stated. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of all equipment, medicines or treatments. Prices are reasonable.

Nothing ever in stock. Always backordered. Takes weeks and multiple calls to get product

You sent the order to me rather than where I asked you to sed it. This caused me to hall all the order over to the bee yard. The last order was difficult to place.

Have gotten good advice, good solid products, and prompt shipping every time I have dealt with Brushy Mountain Bee Farm. I buy most of my beekeeping equipment from them, and will continue to do so.

I was very pleased to find that "Brushy Mountain" sold the 1/8 inch. mesh hardware cloth. Very few bee supply companies and retailers carry 1/8 mesh. Eager to place the order, only to find out that the item was out of stock. Resulting in a second shipment and small additional cost. CH

Split my shipment without waiting for my expressed approval. When I emailed you to let you know that I would be out of town, you ignored my email so I had a package sitting on my doorstep for 2 days (fortunately only 2 - could have been 7).

Very poor service. Unhappy.

Brushy is the best. Not only do they have great prices, they have the Best customer service in the industry. I won't shop anyplace else.
