Brushy Mountain has been great to deal…

Brushy Mountain has been great to deal with. I've called customer service for help with my online account and they resolved it immediately and walked me through everything until completion. My phone lost signal during an order and I picked it up on my computer. They even emailed me later that there were items in my cart from the phone order.
Good stuff. Great people. Get some!

Great selection of products but a bit pricey on the shipping.

Great selection of products and they are as advertised. I would give them five stars except for their very pricey shipping, unless you can cobble together an order for $100 or more. I would definitely order more things and more often if that were not the case. Otherwise they are outstanding and I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service

After placing an order online I realized that I actually needed a different item. I sent an email asking if I could upgrade to a different product. Not only did they respond quickly but they shipped the item I wanted the same day and they didn't even charge me for the difference (the new item was few $ more)

My equipment purchases are always great…

My equipment purchases are always great experiences. Twice though, I have purchased labels for honey and both times the roll came up less than 250. The first time, it was significantly less. This most recent time, it was 2 labels short. Two labels isn't a big deal - but if it is advertised as 250 labels, you should get 250 labels.

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner…

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner as it was for my husband's bday. He finally opened it the other day and wad happy. Shipping was within the shipping time. We are still to use it. So we will let you know if any issues

Lack of record keeping and professionalism, tried to bill me twice for returned item.

Made a large order at the end of February for 2 complete hives, two suits, gloves, hats, veils near $1000. Not long after I receive notice that the hives and one of the suits is on backorder and how would I like to proceed. After confirming that the backorder should not be more than 4 weeks I tell them that they can send in multiple batches provided that each shipment still qualifies for free shipping. It takes a couple of messages to get someone to respond- but finally its set. So far not to bad- I get two shipments. 1st my 1 of my bee suits, 2 pairs of gloves, veils, hat. With the other items on backorder so shipping later. In the first shipment they have sent the wrong sized bee suit, it fits kinda but is 2 sizes smaller than the one I order. So I contact customer service and they apologize saying they will send me the correct suit with a return label to return the one they sent. This return, they assured me would be at no cost to me. I get the new suit within a week and return the suit the sent me with the return label they sent me - get a notice from UPS that my return package arrived 1 day after I sent it. Still so far so good. April comes along and I finally get my second package. Everything is there - quality looks good. I paid via credit card- so my billing occurs when the packages are sent out. Everything is fine on my end. Seems like that would be the end of the story a solid 3 or 4-star experience. Well fast forward 4 months (July)- I get an email that I have an unpaid invoice. The invoice is for the replacement suit they sent me, plus tax, plus shipping. Yes that's right they contacted me 4 months later to try to bill me for an item I already paid for, plus tax, and shipping, and no I had not received a refund for the returned suit (which would have been weird but in a money in money out- who cares sort of way). Still waiting for this to be resolved- but even so, it shows a real lack of professionalism.
The quality of the products is fairly good- but their business management
and customer support seems really inconsistent.

I recommend the company and think they…

I recommend the company and think they have a great product and excellent customer service. My only complaint is not against the company or their product. My screened bottom board came in cracked. Will most definitely order from them in future. Thanks guys.
