These folk are the best ... quality product, customer service and timeliness

Good equipment but needs a diagram or information packet on how to assemble and use the Owens vacuum.

I have ordered items in the past and wanted to order a book and shipping costs is as much as the book. That’s not realistic.

Website is very informative and easy to navigate. Smooth ordering process. Good communication from order to delivery.

Before I start, Brushy Mt Bee’s have always given me quality products at affordable prices. Their location is great for me as we are in the same state. At first I was told large super was out of stock. Called them was told it was in stock and shipped which it was. Just wish I would have ordered it unassembled, looked like it was slapped together at last minute. Joints we not good. Took me longer to fix than if I would have constructed myself. Only problem I’ve had with them, I will continue to be a customer, all in all a great co.

Got my products alright and they came quickly enough. However, since I pay shipping, I wish they'd use a cheaper alternative. My shipping actually cost more than me items

Had to wait for some of my products, but love it overall.

Items originally ordered on 4/27 had several back orders. I was told that they would be in stock in 10 days and that the total order would be shipped then. Almost a month and 2 phone calls later I was told that they were still out of stock in PA and that the items would be shipped from NC. Clearly the locations do not coordinate, and had I not been following up I would still be waiting. They place shipping costs (it qualified for free shipping) over customer service. Bee keeping is a time sensitive activity and customers need to be kept informed and items delivered quickly. If you can't do so, then let the customer know! Don't make them keep calling to find out what's going on.

I will not be placing orders for back ordered items in the future. Brushy Mountain does not have the systems to coordinate between locations or with customers. You need only look to LLBean as an example of how it should be done.

Quality products shipped safely, packaged well, with great results, shipped on time quickly. Always pleased with everything I have ordered.

Quality and fit of hives and frames are better than most.

Your staff are very helpful. I can't order online, because your default shipping is UPS, and I live in Alaska. I need to get shipped USPS.

I have only ordered one time. I was very happy with the fast service and great products. The delivery was fast, although the cost of delivery was very expensive.
