Great product...this is my 5th hive (4 from Brushy, 1 from a competitor because Brushy did not have product to ship quickly) and I'm just a first year beekeeper. This last order...timely, shipped quickly, arrived on time. BUT...at the time of order, I clarified that all ordered parts for complete 8-frame hive were there and available (stand, screened bottom board, 2 deep bodies, 1 medium super, 2 hive top feeders, top cover and telescopic cover...plus Hipps Swarm catcher, other items). On order receipt, was disappointed to find that all the deep hive frames were backordered and I have no idea when to arrive. Ordered the hive because "all on hand" but that was not the case....and anticipating a swarm or split shortly. The hive products though ARE the best I've seen...will NOT go back to the other vendor again as, clearly, the Brushy Mtn items are best quality and value.

Brushy gives prompt, courteous service and gladly brings orders to our statewide bee meetings. Brushy is our "go to" supplier.

Their prices are a tad bit better than most other Beekeeping Equipment companies, I only wish they would go back to free shipping to any product(s) over $99.00, because with beekeeping equipment, that's very easy to do, but sometimes $150.00 can be difficult to reach.

Order arrived as promised and was of the quality I'd expect

I'm a new beekeeper and have placed several orders with Brushy Mountain. My orders have arrived within a few days (even though I choose "free" shipping), arrive in good condition, and everything is exactly as I ordered. I "comparison shop" and feel I'm getting a good value for my dollar. I've also called their Customer Service Dept and gotten friendly, helpful info from them.

My purchase was a surprise gift for my husband and I specifically requested no emails be sent. This is the second one I’ve received. Won’t try to surprise him at your company again. The two ladies I spoke to on the phone were super nice however.

Ordered quite a few items from various suppliers to considerably expand my apiary. Definitely liked dealing with BMBF the best. Fast shipping, great quality products. I did have to call regarding a substitute for a back-ordered product, which was a brief, effective and pleasant interaction. Really like the ultimate screened bottom board/hive stands.
Having had a much different experience with a major supplier, I will be choosing BMBF in the future when buying more equipment.

I ordered an un-assembled box and assembled frames. I thought it strange that the box came with no nails or instructions but the frames which were already assembled came with brads and instructions. The box was easy to assemble and I got nails at Lowe's. Just seemed strange.

Racks for capping good use a redesign. They pop out of place easily.

The stickers to label honey jars were printed correctly, are good looking, and stick very well. This is my second order and I will continue to use Brushy Mountain for stickers. It takes about 2 weeks to get the stickers, so don’t procrastinate.
