They booked my flight with a random phone number and email. I cannot make any changes or even get updates about my booking. When I contact them, they tell me there's nothing they can do and I have to reach out to the airline. The airline says since my email and phone number are different, they can't confirm if I was the one who made the booking and that they cannot do anything.
It's been weeks and BudgetAir has refused to do anything.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with BudgetAir
I recently found out that my return flight was booked for July 28 instead of August 28, which is the date I was sure I had selected. I’ve booked all my own flights for years, and something like this has never happened to me before.
As soon as I noticed the mistake, I called customer service hoping there would be a way to fix it. The person I spoke with was polite, but the only option I was given was to pay about 1 200 CAD$ to change the date, even though I had already paid 838 CAD $ for the ticket.
What really disappointed me was that no one was willing to look at my situation. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable I just wanted my case to be reviewed by someone who could see if there was another solution. Instead, I kept being told that the policy was the policy.
I understand that companies have rules but I also believe that honest mistakes deserve to be looked at on a case by case basis. I’m still hoping someone from BudgetAir will review my case and help find a more reasonable solution.

I cancelled my flight because of a medical emergency and my upcoming heart surgery. My ticket cost AED 9,200.
Before I proceeded with the cancellation, the system clearly showed that I would receive a refund of around AED 2,500. Based on that information, I continued with the cancellation. To my shock, after it was processed, the actual refund suddenly became only AED 546.
How is that even acceptable?
It’s heartbreaking to go through this while already dealing with a serious health condition. The last thing anyone facing a medical emergency needs is to feel misled and financially devastated.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend BudgetAir. I sincerely hope they review how they handle customers facing genuine medical emergencies. Policies should not come at the expense of basic compassion and transparency.
I hope no one else has to experience what I did.

Everything on the website is str8 forward. They could have a simplified version without too many colors and pushing advertising to buy extra stuff we may not need.

The worst website to book a flight and the worst customer service ever. The date of my flight changed at some point in the middle of booking. So I booked the wrong flight without noticing it!! I called immediately and requested to cancel before the tickets are issued. They said I will receive an email regarding the cancellation but they issued the tickets instead!!!

It was my first time booking with budget air. I found the website was extremely clear compared to others I have used.
Most importantly, the price was lower than everywhere else!
I usually use Expedia for TD since I have a TD first class travel card. Even with that budget air was much better.
