I've been offered to accept changes in flight which is not possible to make - first flight lands 30 min later than the second flight departures. Nobody checked that such proposed connection is not physically possible.
Later the team contacted me and the issue was solved, new flight had been booked.

When I booked my flight on the website, I was prompted to add “Junior” after my name because I was traveling with my father, who has the same name. The system did not specify that “Junior” should only be included if it appears on the passport — in fact, it insisted that I add it to proceed with the booking.
As a result, the airline doesn't accept my ticket at the airport because my passport does not include “Junior.” I was then informed that I needed to pay €60 plus additional airline fees to correct the name, which I find completely unacceptable.
This situation was caused by misleading instructions on thewebsite, not by any error on my part. I followed all prompts exactly as presented. The lack of a clear warning about name entry rules led directly to this issue and to additional unnecessary costs.
I would rate them zero or negative stars - one star is too much

I purchased a ticket for a flight from Birmingham to Dubai via Istanbul operated by Pegasus Airlines, which was shown as one journey.
After payment, I discovered that this was two separate tickets (self-transfer) with only 2 hours layover, during which I would have to clear immigration, collect luggage, recheck in, and pass security again.
I had paid extra for a “Cancel for Any Reason” protection, but when I attempted to cancel, the system required PayPal (which I did not use to pay), and my country was not available in the dropdown.
Customer service was unhelpful and, at one point, outright rude.
I was referred to a third-party company, Hopper, which claims to have refunded me — but I have not received any funds on my card or received confirmation of how the refund was processed.
No costumer hotline or number that we can call them, i need to changes the family instead input the maiden name. I dont know if i cancel the ticket or no, few days now trying to in touch with them, but no number that we can call. Hope someone can give me a contact number.
Unreliable, "hand luggage always included" is a scam

Booked a entire flight to and from CPH- AYT.
Due to their technical issue they cancelled the Flight CPH-AYT and want to refund me 1/4 of the price.
I requested entire trip refunded. They are unable to do that. So they have decided the refunded flight cost 1/4 and another cost 3/4. As I booked a complete and entire trip, it doesn specify in my ticket how much the diffrent trip cost.
Made a reservation with this company. They canceled my booking for the following reason.

i had only 1200 in my credit card account. They took 1100 and when they canceled my booking, it took 6 days to get my money back. I couldn't book any flights because i had no money.
These airlines do not care about customers' problems. Why do they charge money in seconds, but when it comes to a refund, it takes 10 working days? And what if the customer doesn't have more money in account to book another flight ?
i am going to make a formal complaint against their flight booking process.
There is no way to contact this company as in they have no phone number. There is a bot on their website that tells you your flight details but no direct details to contact support.
Spent thousand to book a flat home for my first Christmas home (with my savings) after year 11 years living abroad and not being able to travel. I booked my tickets with them, made all the arrangements only to receive an email a few hours later saying that they could not book my tickets and canceled my flights, I can expect a refund in 5 to 10 working days and gave me a $10 gift card... instead of contacting me and asking me if I would like credit to try and book a new flight through them immediately, they just canceled my flights and that's the end of it for them.
I have no other funds to book a new ticket with because these tickets literally cost me thousands, and I'm losing money on bus fair and other necessaries I bought in advance for my trip.
I deeply regret using this site. I chose BudgetAir because it looked like I would save $50 over other booking options and in the end I lost my entire $1,500 ticket to Kenya. This was a very costly mistake I hope never to repeat. I had an issue when I arrived for my original flight at the airport and tried for hours to reach someone through their chat message function. The chat bot was unhelpful and the person I was able to reach finally kept cutting me off and then not helping me. I eventually missed my outgoing flight and was not able to reach a customer service representative in time to rebook my flight or keep my reservation. I kept asking if there was someone I could speak to and they kept putting me off, saying the phone lines were down. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said they were unavailable. Beware of this company! If you have any kind of issue that requires timely assistance, you won't get it!

I made a booking for three people, Hiroshima-Seoul. The BudgetAir.se site showed the price 3101:- through the whole booking process, until I pressed the PAY button.
Then the price obviously changed to 3300:-.
Thought this would be easily sorted by their customer support.
Instead, they continously answer that I paid 3300:-. (as if I didn't know that.... That was the whole point I tried to make, in 20 mails. That I should have paid 3101:-, not 3300:- )
Finally I gave up, and write this review Instead.

I booked a flight with them, but got an email saying that the fare you chose is no longer available from the airline, and I would get a refund. So I went to buy another ticket and for my surprise found the same ticket with them. Me thinking that this must be an honest mistake in the system, bought again with them.
They took my money and never sent a booking confirmation. I went to check the live chat for support, but they never give you the option to talk with a human or type anything, and the bot was saying that there are no refunds to both of my flights. So basically I got scammed 6.662,16 DKK, and by reading the reviews here, it looks like I won't get my money back, but I will not not give up, even if I have to sue them.

Booked a flight ticket though budgetair.dk for Ryanair. Apperently, Ryanair is not working with budgetair.dk.
This means that what I thought was a valid ticket for Ryanair - has to be verified by Ryanair first! I am now waiting for an approval from Ryanair - if my ticket can be used or not....
Not what you expect when you buy a flight ticket - eventhough it was bought though a 3-party agency (budgetair.dk)...
