No refund for cancelled tickets for 3 years. Only promises but no actions
As I purchased airplane tickets, from New York to Copenhagen, the purchase was cancelled shortly afterwards.
Received this message:
“We have cancelled your booking request and refunded your payment of DKK 6564.00 . Because of the processing time required by the banks and credit card companies, it may take up to 5 - 10 working days before you can see this payment in your account.”
This is 13 days ago and no refund has been made.

My booking was canceled due to Airbudget.dk mishandling on the reissue of the tickets. And they don’t provide the full refund.
According to EU Air Passenger Right, we have the right to get full refund .
If you are in the similar situation, suggest you go to European consumer center for help. The company is within EU.

I make i reservation on budget air. I pay extra for a seat. They took the money, but the dont give me the seat!!!!! And you cant call them or text them..
Overall better experience than Trip.com which couldn’t process my payment even after 5 trials. But what can be improved is streamlined booking steps - I felt like there are too many questions asked.
I ordered a ticket which needs to be cancelled, as I only need to simply move my middle name to the first name field instead of last name.
I am e-mailing back and forth with customer support, which a new person is writing back to me each time. So it has been very confusing as I have not had contact with the same person more than once.
On top of this I will be charged 400 dkk as they tell me that they can not make this simple name change, I have to cancel my ticket and order a new one. There are no spelling errors in my name, It just needs to be moved from one field to another, it feels very unreasonable that I need to be charged such a high price to correct this.
Still not received my refund for a booking cancellation that Budgetair made without my approval. They said it would take 5-10 working days. It is now close to a month later, and a refund is still not to be seen. Would not recommend. Now I will have to do a charge back through my bank to try and get my money back.
This is a disgusting company and only crooks there
There are many bad travel agencies, but this is the worst ever. Scam and fraud. They cancelled in the last minute - but the info came from the air company, not Budgetair.se! They made themselves unavailable, sent out 6 remade booking confirmations, all completely wrong, new random dates too late, new transfer airport and new transfer country. They even deleted the passenger name on the booking confirmation, and instead put "regards" under "pasenger name". A joke. Only sent automatic mails, saying they could do nothing and referring to the air company, who obviously had referred to them. They gave a huge ton of extra work, investigation, time, effort. They should be banned from the market. All fake. For your own sake: Do not book via them.

AVOID! I have bought flight tickets via Budgetair.dk and wanted to add luggage afterwards. They dont have any contact number on the website, you can chat with a useless bot. The Budgetair bot sends you to the flight comapny to ask for adding luggage and the flight company hotline says you have to ask Budgetair to add the luggage / endless loop of frustration. Result? No luggage added and the flight is in few hours!!!!

Hello! I'm from Ukraine. I am currently in Denmark. I was going to go to Ukraine to see my parents. I was looking for an inexpensive ticket for myself and my child. Found this airline. I booked tickets, paid, the money was withdrawn, but there were no tickets. Wrote a refund within 10 business days. But, alas. The airline is profiting at the expense of ordinary people. Nobody returned the money.
So,
I tried to place a booking for a certain date and everything seemed good with a decent price. I went through all their 5 steps, the last being payment. Everything thing was set up and I tried to push 'OK - accept' and nothing happened. I tried to redo the last step with paying but still the button didn't do anything. I tried to redo all the 5 steps and then all of the sudden it wen through. Not until after payment and me receiving my confirmation e-mail I noticed that the date had been CHANGED. That is the website seemed to cache all my information BUT the flight DATE. I assume that the reason it didn't go through the first time is that the tickets for the cheap price simply got sold.
Anyway, now with them placing an order for the wrong dates to the airline I contacted about the error. All they do was repeat that they the void the ticket for 400 dkk per person (which is more than twice the amount of the ticket). They then suggested I contacted the airline, which I did, and the airline said they couldn't change anything as the status of the booking is 'not ok' and that they can't even waive any fee as the ticket has not even been Issued yet!
I guess there's a first time to get so pissed that you'll write your first review. Congrats Budgetair, you won mine. If I saw these review first I would never, ever have booked through you. You taught me a valueable lesson.
