Avoid at all cost
Terrible experience lost £1345 on tickets I did not receive had to pay and rebook with another company for the same flights or lose my holiday. When I asked dispute team to help they tried to say I did not show up at the airport. Terrible experience and sales staff were every bit as bad totally conne DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I just had a cancelled flight by the flight company, so naturally I wanted to request a refund for the ticket that I purchased. But it seems impossible to contact these guys, all they have is some "robot" on the site that does not help you at all.
Hopefully I will be able to solve this via PayPal, but if you are reading this then do not buy tickets from this company. It is risky and if something goes wrong you will find it hard to reach them.

Prank price. Price was all the time of my reservation in anather valute. When I pay, they write next to price DKK. It was moste expencive ticket of all Aircompanies. Also, they dont answear on mail. And ai was write 5 minutes later, that I cansled my reservation. But without answear. First and last time, that I was buy ticket here. Never ever again. Now I will go on bank, that I put aplication on them, with all document I have.
Prices listed on e.g. skyscanner are click bait. Once you get to their homepage prices are higher. Avoid!
They don’t even deserve a 1-star rating! Refund hit the account after many, months and then they took it out again within a matter of hours £1700 - vanished….They are complete crooks. The Airline never even got paid by them. Looking into small claims court to try to claw the funds back. How they even remain in business astounds me!
Bad experience
An error occurred while making a reservation, so I did not receive a reservation number and the money was withdrawn from my account. I contact them via messenger, but they don't answer. I did not receive any confirmation emails with over 1000 euros prepaid.
This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning. I had same experience a year ago but made a grave mistake of going with them again. They have to be reported to regulators

I arrived 22 / 1-22 at 7.50 and the flight from Istanbul to Stockholm leaves at 8.30. I'm stressed, lose a bag and do not have time to fly. The airline budgetair.se sends me with the next flight the next day at the same time. I am stressed, not sleeping and eating. I had to sit for hours and then book a hotel. Today 23 / 1-22 at 6.30 I am back at the airport when I booked a hotel at the airport they are close. When I try to check in, they say that I am not on the list as air travelers, but that I show confirmation I received in the email. Now I'm back at the hotel without any help from anything and without any now ticket. I'm sitting in a 51 minute chat queue with the company as they are their only support and waiting to get an answer. Please help me this is not fair or humane.

Do not use Budget Air 😡 I booked a flight with wizzair through budget air ,I also booked a flight directly with wizzair .wizzair cancelled my flight, ,money was returned within 1 week,but the flight I booked through budget air has not returned my refund this is about 4 months ago every time you contact them they say they will pass the details on ...Just look at the reviews says it all .
A lot of crap to go through, then at the end the price changes and then the payment doesnt even go through and you have to start over again! Useless!
DO NOT use BudgetAir.
I paid £1,200 for flights as SkyScanner directed me to their BudgetAir's website. They took my money, but I never received my flights/booking confirmation or anything.
BudgetAir are impossible to contact.
It's been 2 weeks, but thankfully my bank will refund the money, but I still don't have the money or the tickets.
So no money, no holiday, just a lot of stress, wasted time. Shambles.
I booked flight Hamburg-Ljubljana and return at BudgetAir.dk with LOT (Polish Airlines).
Polish Airlines cancelled my return flight, and gave us a other flight home a day later.
We could not use that, and demanded a refund from BudgetAir.
BudgetAir refuse to refund as it is a budget ticket, even it is not us that changed the flight!
DO NEVER USE BUDGETAIR, YOU MONEY CAN BE WAISTED!!!!!!
Trash and useless company. Got wrong information about the seats in airplane, so we tried to book without taking any seats and the reservation was still canceled. It takes 5-10 Business Days for the support line to reply
