Is knowledge that the return ticket does not appear on your website. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that, your chat, does not address my question regarding the return date of my flight that does not appear on your website. How should I proceed, since, in the chat, nothing appears with the date of my flight's return and I don't even know if the return date has been canceled. It is useless to answer me by e-mail saying that it has to be by chat because the chat does not have the option of knowing about my return date.

Minha passagem de retorno não aparece mais no site, cada vez que mando e-mail para a empresa, a mesma me informa ir no chat, mas o chat deles é digital e não resolve meu problema, não tem nem a opção se minha passagem foi cancelada ou não.
Preciso do retorno da empresa para eu poder remarcar a minha passagem, pois acredito que a data de retorno tenha sido cancelada pela Gol, mas não tenho nenhum acesso deste informação e muito menos de como mudar a data.
I purchased a one way ticket from Baia Mare to Bucharest, it wasn't expensive and i was only trying to save a couple of euros which i regret now.
My flight date was in May 2020 and the flight got canceled by the airline in April, before 1 month of the flight, since then i am receiving silly emails from budget air that i should bear with them , and they doing their best.... bla bla bla
What shocked me this week that i contacted Tarom ( my ticket issuer ) and they stated that the refund happened in May itself.

Awful customer service. Have not had a phone number available since the Covid situation started last year. I booked a flight with Air Canada through them. Air Canada will offer vouchers which are timeless, but as I booked through an agent, the agent needs to apply for them on my behalf. However, since last year, I have not been able to phone Budget Air and they have not answered my emails. Awful, company, for your own sake, I would advise you to avoid them at all costs!
I have waited now, approaching one whole year (March 2021) to get a refund for flight that I purchased through this company. Just prior to our trip to Mauritius, the flight was cancelled by Air Mauritius / Air France. Continual promises have been made on a reglular basis by the company that they are doing all they can to get my refund.
But that is all I get - standard e-mails claiming they are working so hard. As soon as I stop sending e-mails to them, they stop sending information to me, despite promises to the opposite.
The service is therefore in my opinion useless. They only send information (useless information mind you) if I complain - otherwise nothing.
I will never ever buy a ticket through this company again.

Been trying to get my money back since MARCH 2020, since the Airline Company cancelled my tickets.
Their agents are giving me different information regarding my booking: some of them are saying that I have to wait 6 weeks to get my refund from their refund department, that they've got my money but need to sort things out, some of BudgetAir agents are saying that the Airline Company still has to give them my money.
In the meantime, the Airline Company is repeating the same information to me, that they've processed my refund on the 22nd of October.
Basically, BudgetAir has my money and doesn't want to give it back to me and is dragging my refund by giving me 6-8weeks to wait every week I call, they don't even bother to change the timeframe.
Stay away from them, they owe me more than 2000euro in total for 2 bookings that I made with them
Took 7 months to get 14,000 dkk back for my flight tickets to Australia. I emailed 3 times, called the airline (Qatar Air, not their fault) who said that I can easily get a refund but budgetair.dk never requested one. Started a charge back (indsigelse) through nordea and got the money within one week. This company will try to steal your money, just look at all of the other reviews...
Absolute scam of a company. Tried to make a reservation and during payment both attempts failed. I was charged twice for the same ticket and wasn't even informed with an email and went and bought it a third time from the airline website.
Customer service does not respond to emails and instead sends a generic covid related email.
I had booked to a flight to India from Budget Air Sweden.
However, due to Corona my flight was cancelled on Sept 19th. I had asked them to refund my ticket. Polish airline confirmed that they have sent the refund to Budget Air on 15th October. However, Budget Air has not responded to my emails since then. There is no way to reach out to them via
as their phone lines are not working, you cannot reach them on social media and also their is no response from them via emails.

Please try to avoid Budget Air at any cost. I cancelled my flight last year and it has been over 13 months and still have not received my refund, I was informed that the redund was processed (pre-Covid), yet no refund. I have ever faced this type of worst service in my life. Is it really a Swedish company. Due to the corona my flight had been cancelled, and without operating airlines and they took money for my ticket. When I contacted the airlines, they said they had refunded total amount. but this company took nearly half of the ticket amount as the service charge. When I contact the budget air first time in corona season, I said just keep my ticket alive until the flights resume again. But they cancelled and took the money as the cancellation charges. Really this company is not a service oriented, just it is money greedy mentality oriented. I didn't cancelled myself, then how they will take the cancellation charges. The airlines said they refunded total amount without any charges. So it is clear this company took the money for my ticket. And now budgetair is not responding to my emails. Really I hate their service. Please all airlines dont support this budget. Budgetair is not qualified for atleast review number 1, it is qualified for -1.
Terrible company. Do not use it. They do not answer phone or e-mail and it is impossible to get in to contact with the company. Their booking site does not work properly and I enden up ordering the same ticket twice as I received a message with deffault on payment and for that reason believed, that the booking was unsuccessful.
Bought tickets via Momondo ending up with 3 bookings and 3 payments from my account. The flight is next week but it is absolutely impossible to get in contact with them to correct the reservation. Fraud !!

Turkish airlines offers free rescheduling, but they can't help me since they refer me back to my the Budget air that should do that for me, but its like they are non existing!!

My flight from Bucharest to Izmir on June 17 was canceled due to COVID, and BudgetAir refuses to change my ticket with the earliest Bucharest-Izmir flight available (July 1st). I explained that I do not want a refund, that I need a new flight to Izmir, but they stopped responding to my email. They also cannot be contacted by phone.
I also contacted the flight company Turkish Airlines and they told me that they cannot change my ticket, since it was purchased via BudgetAir, which has the full responsibility to change my flight.
I see everybody is complaining about not getting the refund from BudgetAir, but it's unbelievable that they won't even change my flight when I say I don't need a refund! Horrible service!
I've been emailing them plenty of times but I get the same automated reply all the time. I would like to cancel my upcoming flight in 3 weeks because of Covid & what option can I get either refund or change but as of no avail. Try to call their phone line and it's not reachable either she to Covid that they have to work home. So frustrating that they let their costumer hanging in the air. I will not recommend Budget air.
