I regularly order from bulk supermarket and every part of shopping with them is a pleasure! The customer service is fabulous! I ordered under my old address by mistake and gave them a call. David immediately sorted the issue for me and my delivery came so fast! No stupid policy's blocking common sense. I say this because I've dealt with companies who won't change the addresss or change the order even if you call immediately. I love a personal friendly service and you will 100% get that here! Of course their products are fab too. Highly recommend!

This review will be totally rewritten in light of the fact that Bulksupermarket.com have reached out to me to give me the brilliant, and, for them as a great and wise business going forward, news, that they are dropping Hermes (pretending to be "Evri").
Having had my Bulksupermarket.com order stolen by Hermes, this is great news. "Evri" are cheap to use for a REASON - that reason is, they are staffed by thieves, and management do nothing about their constant theft.
Bulksupermarket.com were never to blame for what went wrong, and have made a very clear effort to put things right - with the especially wise move of dumping Hermes. This is company I can now order from with total confidence.

Why am I paying more for less?
I've been using bulksupermarket regularly since last year and been happy with them. Until recently. Mainly because of them using DPD in addition to DHL - with DPD the items usually arrive damaged. I've spoken and e mailed BS about it, was reassured my order will arrive from DHL instead. Still receiving damaged goods from DPD. Now their Carlsberg 500ml is no longer available, only the 440ml, for which they are charging MORE. Why am I paying more for less? UPDATE - 09/08. Contacted by Jack at Customer Services. Have spoken to him before and he's always been helpful. He has great manner and is a pleasure to speak with. It appears BS are having problems with their supplier which is impacting on price and stock availibility and. Shame really because it also impacts on BS and their customer base. I'll be placing further orders with BS, just for a different product, because it's available and marginally cheaper. Thanks Jack!
