Exceptionally Bad Customer Service
I tried to make a expensive purchase online and when it came to paying, I was to be charged £12.99 postage instead of the standard £5.99. I emailed the company and waited for 4 days without a reply, I then called and was told to call back in 15 mins which I did and then was shouted at and told to read the terms and conditions, which I had already. I still don’t have an answer as to why I’m being charged £12.99 for living in a commuter village on the outskirts of Glasgow, certainly not in the Highlands and Islands where the postage would be £12.99. Exceptionally bad customer service. Certainly would never consider using them again

Order arrived OK but was charged for delivery although the cost of goods was over £100.
So it's cheaper buying in supermarket.

Highway Robbery
I have paid for 2 lots of 3 trays as I could not buy more so I had to pay for 2 x delivery charge. The 6 trays came together on one delivery. So why did I had to pay twice? Who pocketed my money?

As most of us do i read the reviews before i used bulksupermarket for the first time and they were mixed. As i said last time I have only had a thoroughly reliable service from them and for the money I save I would really recommend you try them too!!
