I was very pleased to find a place I could get my cashew milk from as it seems to be disappearing from shelves at supermarkets and it came pretty quickly, but to the wrong address, so that person had to bring it themselves to our house, which isn't ideal as it's very heavy. Unfortunately as it's not always easy to find it stocked anywhere it's now not available on your website. I appreciate that's out of your control, but it's still disappointing as I was so excited to finally find it.

Highly reccomend arrived quickly and care taken into packing. I had a large order which had to be sent in 3 boxes first 2 boxes arrived last box was lost in transit and bulk replaced and sent out the next day. Very happy with my order and the communication I will be using again and recommending to friend and family :)

Easy to navigate, order and pay on the website. This is my 2nd order so obviously liked the experience I had. They send emails to keep you updated with your order too. DHL delivered my order and if you download their app you can track your order whenever you want. DHL guy even put it inside for me. Will be ordering again no doubt.!!

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. I had not put my full address on my package and because of this the article was returned to Bulk Supermarket. Throughout the whole process the communication was perfect and eventually i received my package. Highly recommend.

This is probably better than shopping through the delivery services by TESCO, ASDA, and the rest, savings made in bulk deliveries. I have the capacity at home to store these deliveries, I don't know why I didn't look for it earlier? I certainly will do it again...and again....and again.... !

I ordered a box of 6 wine bottles
Amended to reflect that they have responded to my email - and subsequent phone call to apologise, their email states the order is completed, however I haven't received it, they said that the email is a confirmation that it has left their warehouse and is on it's way to me. I've increased the star rating to 3, this is because they have responded and explained the situation. Once I receive the goods I can change the star rating to 5. I would still like to state that their communication is confusing, they shouldn't send an email stating the order is completed when it isn't i.e. the goods are not yet received by the buyer. But at lease they have been helpful with my query. I ordered a box of 6 wine bottles, I received an initial email to say that I would receive another email once the items had been dispatched so that I could track the delivery - this never happened. I have just received an email to say that the order is complete, however I haven't received anything and when I log onto the website the order tracking section isn't clear, you can't see the writing unless you hover over everything and highlight it. I've emailed them twice but yet to have a response. Not good.
