!!!!!Total scam. Do not book.!!!!!!

Not to mention they were an hour late, they find silly excuses to double the agreed price. They make advantage of us running out of time and in a very stressful situation of moving and demand the unreasonable price increase. Very unprofessional and it was a total waste of time.

Worst company ever.

Terrible experience , we used this company yesterday and they didn’t show up for our cleaning , they demanded more money over the phone for something wasn’t agreed in the contract . The phone company which deals with booking are also terrible liars, we waited 2 hours outside of the house and no one showed up .

Don't go anywhere near this company, it's bordering on a scam. They give you a quote, then phone you back and say they need to charge you more because it's a bigger house when they haven't seen the house. They want to be paid up front. One cleaner arrived mid day and cleaned for 3.5 hours and left the house unfinished. Then when you try to organise a reclean because they guarantee your bond back they give you an endless run around. Book cleaners for a given day then don't arrive then move the booking again, all in the hope you just give up and go away.

Steer well clear of this company. They have changed their name to 365cleaners because they have got so many bad reviews.

Booked an end of lease clean in Melbourne through “365 cleaners”. The job was outsourced to cleaners from this company who did a terrible job. Agent refused to return bond until job was redone. Do not hire this company.

Customer service advised no hidden costs, we agreed. When cleaner came to property, we were charged a hidden cost of 200 reduced to 80 when we said we weren't happy to pay. Cleaners missed over 50% of the required work and did not let us inspect the property after the clean had been completed. The driver passed us the key while both vehicles were moving which was dangerous, illegal and unethical as we were not able to inspect the property as per the terms provided by the company. They offered a follow up clean where we received a call from the second driver advising that the clean could not be done because the apartment was too dirty. This did not make any sense as we had a follow up clean arranged from the company. After requesting a refund due to being screwed around by the company, they offered us multiple "final offer partial refunds" which were far too low considering the amount of damage this company has caused. Do NOT book with this company. This company will scam you. Read their terms and conditions if you do not believe.

Guys they didn’t do the job for my move out. They didn’t even vacuum! It was a small 2 bedroom apartment.
When I said I would not pay until the job was complete and provided pictures as proof of a poor job they refused to return my apartment keys!!!! Needed to pay for another cleaner to do the work plus them to return my keys. DODGEY AVOID!!!!

Cleaners initially scheduled to show up at 7am. Was changed the day before to 1pm which is fine, but then changed to 4pm on the day during the timeslot allocated. Ended up showing up at 5:30pm. While not too bothered about that, something to be aware of.

I booked this service purely for the end of lease clean and bond back guarantee. It was never mentioned to me at all during any of the booking or confirmation status over the phone that they only guarantee bond back basically if your house is brand new and already clean. Any small imperfections on walls or floors and they will just deny it on the spot, knowing it's probably too late to rebook with someone else, it's a scummy practice. No discount was even offered considering the main reason I booked was now no longer even an option.

Secondly, the cleaning was done okay, the outdoor shutters I paid extra for were done to a poor standard in my opinion, and they broke (and assumingly vacuumed up) 2 tiles, was never even mentioned to me. Some walls were done poorly, but overall the clean was okay.

Wouldn't use again, they have some bad business practices and contractors they hire out just don't really seem to care and ignore damage they've caused.

Shocking. They ring us all day demanding for payment saying they are about to finish cleaning but when we drove to the property, there’s no one there and no cleaning was done at all. Always check the end result first before you pay. No wonder they insisted we pay in advance. Luckily we did not. They told us over the phone they’ll come back the next day to steam the carpet which they did not vacuum in the first place and the next day, they did not turn up. This company is also called 365 cleaners. Beware of them!

I hired CBD to move the contents of my small 2 bed apartment, to an apartment, within the same complex. No vehicles were required, simply moving items from one lift to another, across a basement carpark. I highlighted this to the company (and yet they charged me for a 4.5 tonne truck)
They did not effectively load the trolleys, (only 1 item on the trolley, did not load multiple items or fill up the trolley or lift, eg filling the gap under a table with boxes, when safe to do so). A friend and I ended up having to help and used my own trolley to load multiple items (to demonstrate), and they still only loaded their trolleys with minimal items, & threated to walk off the job. My friend and I then started filling the lifts, and they grudgingly towards the end, started to help load/unload. Out of frustration, I loaded my own trolley to brim with boxes and items, even at 5"2, pushing a trolley on , I moved swifter than the "professionals". Unsurprisingly, 4 hours later the job was not complete. I called & emailed CBD movers, during the job to highlight my concerns. I tried to take photos of the ineffectual trolley loading, and the staff threated to walk off. Later the "mediation" team of CBD asked for video footage of their staff being lazy & asked why I didn’t highlight the issues during the move! They also highlighted that the move took so long because the distance between lifts was 200m hence the delays. We measured it. Circa 70 paces/circa 35m. Horrendous service, horrendous mediation, and linked to 365 Cleaners. Another scam company. Beware.

365 cleaners were the worst cleaning firm I have engaged, ever. Period.

The cleaners did such a poor job, I had to spend hours cleaning the property myself. They could not organise a re-clean within the timeframes that I needed.

I paid extra $ for services that they did not complete (at all!) and didn’t even do the minimum required for the basics. There were stains on the benchtops and other kitchen surfaces, they didn’t mop floors, they left hair in the shower, they didn’t clean cupboards, the left windows dirty despite them being easily within reach.

They make you pay upfront on the day, or they don’t complete the service. Then they don’t offer refund guarantees (despite me providing ample photographic evidence.

Their customer service is atrocious – they do not understand what you tell them and offer no meaningful solutions. And despite the numberous emails back and forth (with me trying to calmly explain to them again and again the issues with the clean and the poor service received) they a) do not seem to understand, and b) insisted several times to provide them with a review!!

I made the mistake of not reading reviews first. My bad. Others are right – they are basically scammers and should be reported and this business closed down. I wish there was another avenue to file a complaint, but customer reviews seems to be the only real avenue here.

I am a landlord myself, and would not let an agent of mine book them, nor a tenant.

I would only recommend them for referral to consumer affairs. They should not be in business in this country.

365 cleaners .In cutting a very long story short these guys tried to extort another $1000 out of me after already paying excessive amounts for the service, (2 bedroom 2 bth room tiny city apartment in Melb) which i kept immaculate, but needed a vacate clean. They said they would vandalise my property and pour acid all over my oven if I did not pay, and that there are no cleaners available in melb to fix it... in contacting management, they said dont worry they would have the cleaning done and i will get my bond back... no cleaning was done just vandalism, extortion and theft ... I am taking legal action

If you see the last name Thakur on a review it is fake. Rohit Thakur and Alka Thakur posts fake reviews for Bull18 Cleaners, CBD Movers and 365cleaners. They are employees of the company. Such disgraceful scammers.
I got scammed by this company don't let them trick you and scam you too.

Still being harassed

Sent a cease & desist letter to each of their many registered business addresses
They have responded by offering a bribe to take down negative review and withdraw reports made to ACCC & consumer affairs

I have advised them that contracts attempting to void consumer rights are in fact illegal.

I kind of admire their tenacity

It is illegal for a business to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct.

Despite being advised against, I contracted this service based on low quote and 100% bond back guarantee. I discussed the concerns with the staff and accepted their assurances in good faith.

The day agreed upon for the cleaning service, I received multiple calls advising changes of time for service. Whilst initially I was quite accepting and understanding of changes, when a 'manager' contacted me after 5pm to advise that the service could not be provided on scheduled day, I was understandably a little irate, as my final inspection was to occur the following day.
After a somewhat heated discussion, arrangements were made for the service to be provided the following day, first thing in the morning.

This morning the cleaners arrived and seemed to be grossly uninformed re: what the service entailed and felt that it had been severely under quoted - they said it was going to cost double.

After a degree of research by my partner and I, it would appear that they have a history of grossly under quoting jobs then demanding more afterwards, undercutting legitimate cleaning businesses.

The subcontractors convinced me at first that they were also victims of the company, claiming no affiliation - this is rubbish, they are part of the scam

Furthermore, I was shocked to find reviews describing a series of events that quite accurately mirrored my own experience. I think it is fair to say that this did not inspire faith.

This was a few months ago. I blocked my card and told them they wouldn't be paid until I got the bond back as promised. They said without full payment they wouldn't rectify - I had to finish the clean. They didn't touch the blinds or oven.

They and their affiliates mislead, deceive and contravene legal good faith requirements at every step.

They took money from my card without permission and without supplying the service they were contacted for - this is not legal

They attempted to withdraw the guarantee that formed the basis of my hiring you in the first place - this is not legal

Price change on the day of service (day after the actual scheduled service) - this is not legal

Repeatedly calling to re-confirm all the details, then on the day of the scheduled clean, repeatedly contacted me to change the details, telling me the same story, word for word, that is quoted in other negative reviews – this is not legal

The law states “unnecessary or excessive contact or communication with a person, to the point where that person feels intimidated, tired or demoralised.”

The standard form contracts they offer are considered “Unfair Contract” therefore are void. This company and its affiliates lack transparency and assume an imaginary right to unilaterally vary their contracts - this is not legal

Furthermore, full acceptance and application of these contracts are grossly imbalanced, causing clear emotional and financial detriment to the consumer when applied - this is not legal

They continue to harass and threaten - this is not legal

DO NOT USE - ITS A SHAM - The team arrived at the home on 30.9.21 and advised that they would be unable to proceed until we agreed to pay an extra $200 as –“the home is disgusting, carpets cant be cleaned and there are more carpets than quoted”. The quote does not state that the home must be clean prior to the cleaners arriving nor does it state that the carpets must be clean. There is also no mention of the size of rooms. This was your error. Your removal men made a lot of mess on the carpets actually.
I had no option but to agree as you were already aware that the power went off the next day.
I was told there would be no bond back guarantee but I confirmed that the carpets would be cleaned and was advised – yes to the best of their ability.
On looking at the quote it was for 7 carpets plus stairs – see quote.
We was :
4 x bedrooms
2 x lounge
1 x dinning room
This is 7 carpets plus stairs. The only thing not on the quote was a small hall and small landing. An extra $200 and the removal of the bond back guarantee for this tiny area seems excessive. Three of the bedrooms were actually quite small.
The carpets were lightly stained but not disgusting. We had lived there 5 years and had the carpets cleaned every 18 months to 2 years.
On inspecting the home on 4.10.21 – we found that the following had not been completed at all
- No carpets vacuumed
- Only a small section of carpet steam cleaned as per your video and no soap used to clean with as per your video.
- Floors whilst mopped were not mopped well – some worse than they started out.
- Skirting boards not wiped down anywhere in the home
- Air vents not dusted
- Blinds not dusted
- Inside windows not cleaned – all were accessible
- Cupboards not cleaned inside
- Exhaust fan not cleaned.
- Showers not cleaned well.
The person we employed to clean the carpets on 4.10.21 advised which area had actually been attempted to be steam cleaned. He thought it odd. I did not tell you this but when you sent the video it was the exact spot he mentioned. He also added that he could tell no soap had been used; no vacuuming had occurred and no cleaning of the remaining carpets. He said it looked like in odd spots someone had put some water on the carpet but no cleaning. He was able to clean the carpets (removed all stains) some by hand as a demonstration of how easy it was if attempted

Turned up and wanted nearly twice the quoted price despite us accurately describing the property, then left cleaning undone so we had to do additional cleaning to get our bond back. Appalling! Steer clear of these guys!

Absolute scam. $300 out of pocket. Definitely read reviews before hiring this company.

Carpet in lounge room was severely burnt while they were completing a bond and carpet steam clean. The entire lounge room carpet needs replacing for $1600.
It’s been 5 weeks and they still haven’t paid so I lost my bond.
Absolutely disgusting.

Bull18 Cleaners and 365cleaners are the same company run by Indian Scammers who also run CBD Movers.
All they want is your money.
Don't expect them to do what they promise.
I made the mistake of using them and they damaged my stuff then wouldn't respond when I complained.

If I could leave no stars I would!! We booked these guys some time ago for an end of lease clean for a townhouse. First of all they arrived with two cleaners which is great but that’s where the anything positive ends. We left them to clean for a while then came back to check on their progress. We weren’t able to check the house as the floors had been steamed which is fine. But they magically seemed to finish the clean in record time. We waited until the floors dried enough that we could check the place after they left. The walls were dirtier than before covered in a weird black grease ay substance. The blinds were filthy and the oven was dirty. Weird clumps of dirty still throughout the carpet and every room was still filthy! We called the company to voice our dissatisfaction and were met with an unfriendly, condescending tone. They told us that it was extra for the other items to be cleaned which they initially said were included! When asked about the grease on the walls they casually said “oh we use bbq cleaner on the walls” as though it’s common practice! As I’m writing this it sounds bloody insane and well that’s because it is! We spent two days trying to negotiate a re-clean which they eventually agreed to much to their dismay. They also promised to have two different cleaners clean the property. When it was time for the reclean we were met with the same 2 cleaners from the first round who were visually annoyed that they had to return for a second round. We stayed this time to supervise and once again they brought back the bbq cleaner! Yay! Not! I had to ask them numerous times to stop using it on the walls as my housemates and I followed them with wall cleaner to fix their dirty mistakes. I’ve never ever experienced such absolutely disgusting customer service or cleaning ever in my life. They also stood over us at one point demanding us to write a good review. Disgusting and intimidating behaviour. They shouldn’t be in business really. Don’t bother using their services. You may as well light your money on fire.
