Some of the worst service i've ever received horrible clean, late, rude and refused to fix the mess they left. Also, ended up charging more after agreeing on a price prior to arrival. this is not a business running on a good business model, shocking service
terribly costly experience
Give this company (also known as 365 cleaners) a pass if you actually want your bond back. I hired them for an End of Lease cleaning as they say they guarantee a "100% bond refund", but they don't actually honor this guarantee.
When they arrived on the day, they charged us an additional $80 to clean the dog hair from the carpet and marks on the wall. Which I was happy to pay for to get the job done. However, I ended up paying an additional $300 as the owner had to hire another cleaning company to finish the job. This was totally unexpected and not ideal.
On top of that, one of the cleaners damaged the wall by ripping off a 3M sticker. He showed me the damage after it had been done and we had a conversation about what I should do as I clearly wouldn't be getting my bond back at that point. He couldn't do much about it on the spot, so he asked me to contact the head office.
The owner ended up billing me an additional $500 to repair the wall damage. When I spoke to the head office about this situation to see if they could help in any way, they accused me of asking him to remove the sticker which is an outright lie. As requested, I even sent them a screenshot of our conversation and a photo of the damaged wall.
Apparently, they have a policy where their cleaners do not remove stickers from the wall, which would have been fine by me. But in this case, the cleaner took it upon himself to yank off the sticker and a chunk of the wall.
Of course, he didn't mean to damage the wall, but it happened and I ended up paying for it. Rather than taking any responsibility for what had happened, they decided to take the route of shifting blame and accusing me of saying something I never said.
I hired them based on the reviews I had read online but, based on my costly experience, I cannot with good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Seriously, just pay that extra bit of money to get a good cleaning company who will actually get the job done so you can get your bond back. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Worst cleaning company you could imagine. Left rubbish in the house, dirty oven, bathrooms and floors. Didn’t even vacuum floors. Did not clean the house well at all, spent very little time there and then aggressively demanded money. Took our key with them and left the front door unlocked and wide open. Absolutely disgusting service, would advise everybody to steer clear of them. Horrible, stressful experience.

Beyond horrible experience - would NOT recommend!
Went through the company to get a end of lease clean, post the clean the agent went through and sent a list a mile long that they hadn't cleaned. I then had to chase up with over 15 calls and over days and days not to mention emails. Everyone I spoke to promised me call backs or emails confirmations within time periods that NEVER once happened to which I had to chase up again and again.
Its not hard to give good customer service... if you're saying you will do something follow it up and actually do it. If you're going to offer guarantee service and then not deliver you better fix it asap and not have your customer spending days and days /hours on hours to get a solution. still waiting for a final email confirmation.......

Avoid this company at all costs!
Engaged the services of 365 Cleaning (formerly known as Bull 18 Cleaners) to clean & steam clean small 2 BR townhouse which was pre-cleaned by us and really only needed the carpet steam cleaned, oven cleaned, some wall marks cleaned & very little more as the wet areas were done by us, the skirting boards, cornices, power points, light switches, inside & outside of cupboards, etc. We were quoted $410 but [name removed] picked up on my hesitation and we were offered a discount which reduced the price to $370. Paid $50 deposit - thought everything would be fine & the cleaners would have the work done the following morning.
My husband let the cleaners in this morning & they inspected the townhouse together - appeared to be no problems so husband left them there. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the company. They had received a phone call from the 2 cleaners at the property who had said it will cost $80 more because of the condition of the oven & the wall marks. I asked how that was possible when the oven only had a lot of crumbs inside & needed little more than a wipe out & the there was only minimal grease on the glass door (I have a clear photo of it, which shows precisely that). The wall marks were what would be expected during a normal clean & easily removed with a bit of sugar soap - no difficult stains or large stains. I reminded the company that most cleaning had been completed so didn't understand why there was to be an $80 'upgrade' that we needed to pay. He said, so we could be '100% satisfied'. Of what? That we'd been scammed out of another $80? He also wanted payment in full BEFORE the job commenced, despite the fact that their T+C clearly stated that it was payment in full at COMPLETION of service.
So after a ridiculous 30 minute conversation with this company over the phone and since the cleaners had not begun work, I told him, cancel it, refund my deposit - never want to deal with a company with such questionable business practices again. $450 is a rort for the work that needed to be done.
After now reading reviews of the company and seeing photos from other dissatisfied customers, I strongly feel that I made the right decision in rejecting this company. Our cleaning now looks brilliant compared to how their company cleans.
I would never use Bull 18 Cleaning (which has now changed its name to 365 cleaning due to the number of abysmal reviews they've received). ABN look up shows they changed their name on 14th April this year - explains why I couldn't find any reviews under their new name. Shameful company - needs to be deregistered. Despite a guarantee that they would refund my deposit within 2 days, they failed to do so.

Under quoted on a end of lease clean, and upon arrival, cleaners advised that the quote is void. I had left the cleaners alone in the property as they organised for a new quote.
A further $200 was quoted, half the cost of the initial quote! I decided against the clean and in arriving back home discovered the cleaners had damaged the property. I attempted to get cost of damages reimbursed but had no positive response.
Based on this experience (and other reviews), Bull18 under quotes to secure jobs, exploiting consumers on tight deadlines (time constrained to get their property cleaned and vacated) to adjust quotes upwards to make extra money. If this does not go to plan, cleaners destroy property to get back at innocent consumers.
Worst company I have ever dealt with
Started a contract with two of their cleaners - upon arriving they asked for double of what we were quoted. When we told them we would be going with another company one of their cleaners broke our glass oven door.
We called the head office several times to try and rectify the issue however they would not help us nor take the situation seriously.
I recommend using these cleaners if you would like to pay more than double their competitors and have your property broken.
Excellent Cleaning Job
I have used Bull18 Cleaners on multiple occasions now, and he always does a comprehensive and excellent job, and always with friendly service. Is able to get to hard to reach duct with ease.

Do not use
Unfortunately didn’t look at reviews prior to using their services. We got them to come in and steam clean our carpet. Not a single stain was removed this includes a wee our dog did on the carpet that morning that we later removed ourselves easily. Would absolutely not recommend using this company for carpet cleaning.

Paid $450 for an end of lease clean. Walls not done. Apparently blinds not included. Floors not steamed cleaned. Took a week of complaints to have them come out again. I told them the power was disconnected the day after the inital clean as i assumed the job would have been done correctly the first time. Showed up at th house saying they didnt know there was no power and the floors couldnt be done. Had to run an extention lead from my neighbours house... They requested I had to be at the property whilst i was sick. Walls spot cleaned... which I now need to redo. Floors finally done as I was there to watch them. No inside of cupboards or drawers were touched. Refused any sort of refund as I stated this is not an adequate end of lease clean that I paid good money for whilst having to pay bond and rent for the new house. Definatly inadequate service. Cannot stick to time schedules as well...
Relentless badgering!!!
I rang Bull18?up for info on cleaning and was going to go with them and then checked out the bad reviews on them so I rang and said I wouldn’t be going ahead. They tried to say that it was competitors writing the bad reviews. That was a week ago and since then they have been texting me and calling me to say my job is going ahead. They won’t listen when I say I’ve booked another company. I’m ready to report them to consumer watchdog for the relentless badgering.
