Beyond horrible! So many hidden cost! Which they won’t tell you when you book them, they will tell the cleaners to tell you, we can’t do this and that! We got them to do the end of bond lease cleaning and they were like we can’t clean your dusty light fitting it’s extra; we can’t do your blinds it’s extra, we can’t clean your windows it’s extra! What the heck did I pay $370 for!! Absolute waste of money and time! Their customer service team is an absolute joke! Worst company ever! If you want your bond back don’t hire them! They will not give you a refund if you don’t get your bond back!! Super crappy !!!! I can’t even stress enough how crap our entire experience with them was!! No point having a customer service team if that is the way your customer service team does their job!! Absolutely crap!!

No idea how this company is operating!!!!!! They have so far been to our house 3 times to do an end of lease clean. It still looks like they haven't steam cleaned at all as there is hair and dust still on the carpet. Sink and shower were dirty and there was still dirt and dust on all floors.
The reason we used them is we have a 4 month old baby so no time to do it ourselves but they have been nothing but a headache!!
I will never ever make the mistake of using them again.

This company is an absolute sham. We hired them for an end of lease clean with bond back guarantee, they came around to the house spent a few hours (this is a 5 bedroom house, 2 living rooms, store room, garage, kitchen and 3 bathrooms) they basically did absolutely nothing. There was dust left everywhere, cupboards not cleaned, floors not cleaned, whole areas of the house not cleaned. Walls had Marks all over them. Skirting boards absolutely full of dust, wall full of dust, the list goes on. We call them numerous times, we wanted a refund as we knew the job would not be done correctly the 2nd time, they insisted on sending the same cleaners back. Guess what the 2nd time they came nothing had been done. We have called excess of 20 times and keep getting the run around, completely disregarding an mention of a refund. We got hold if them tonight and guess what the manager is in a meeting at 7pm at night again and can't speak. The incompetent woman on the phone basically says she can't do anything as she is not authorised and said the customer service team cannot speak to customers anymore. I'm absolutely baffled by this place, it is a farce of a company. The cleaners are not professional, the customer service is non existent, the staff are rude and uncaring. I have never cone across a company as bad as this. They have no idea how to clean, let alone clean to the standard of an end of lease clean. We are going to the ombudsman and lodging a charge back for this joke of a company. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT COSTS MORE, YOU WILL NOT GET A PROPER CLEAN, SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE STRESSED OUT TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT, DO NOT BOOK THEM.

Please believe the numerous 1 star reviews. This is a bad company that do not honor any of their advertised guarentees.

We hired Bull18 cleaners for an end of lease clean for our 1 bedroom apartment.

When the agent had some issues with the clean and requested some follow up cleaning, Bull18 cleaners would not respond within their advertised time frame.

The agent gave us a very reasonable deadline to have the cleaner return by, we called and called and emailed and emailed but the company failed to respond in time.

As such we needed to pay for a second company to complete the clean.

They have thus far ignored our requests to reimburse us for these additional cleaning costs we were forced to pay.

Please do not hire this company and reward them with your business, they will disappoint you.

SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! FRAUD!!!

I am dealing with the exact same problem as everyone who has provided 1 star rating.

They are horrible people. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! They are cleaners who don't clean!! They will promise you a service which they will NOT provide. Do yourself a favour and read all the 1 star ratings as we are all saying the exact same thing from all different states. I don't believe their 5 star ratings. Its FAKE!!!

I have given them 5 days notice to get back to me re: full refund before I lodge a complaint about this company to Office of Fair Trading, Queensland and ACCC.

Anyone who has fallened into this trap, please contact your local office of fair trading and/or ACCC and use your social media. We should not have companies like this operating in Australia.

Two cleans later and the apartment was left in an even worse state. See photos attached.

However according to Bull18cleaners they have "provided the service that I paid for" and I am not eligible for a refund.

I have now lodged a claim with small claims tribunal at VCAT. If anyone has had their money stolen by this scam company please contact me and I will put together a case to the ACCC and also raise it in mediation with VCAT.

If you are from Bull18cleaners and reading this, you can make it all go away by refunding my money. I have been in contact several times and your customer service is a joke.

Shocking cleaners! Had 2 people come on Saturday for 9 hours to clean 4 bedroom townhouse for end of lease/bond. They did not clean windows, skirtingboards, cob webs, wipe walls, clean laundry and the list goes on. Asked them to come back as agent was not happy with the result. They came back and not much was done again. Now have had to get another cleaner in to clean properly what they hadn't done. They also left their gloves on front lawn and rubbish next to the bin. I have asked for a refund but of course you get no response on email or phone! I have called numerous times and get hung up on... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS..

DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE IN TO CLEAN YOUR HOME.

Woeful service. Did not clean benches, tiles, cupboards, sliding door (despite specific call out in written contract that it would be done). When called to resolve, 3 phone callbacks not actioned, was hung up on twice and no agreement on time to fix within their terms and conditions. Still no resolution and no call back and they wont refund

Warning - these people are actively scamming people.

House was not very dirty. Still it required cleaning as the lease had ended and I need to return the house to the agent. They cleaned it well enough so that I got my money back.

My town house was in a very bad shape and required an urgent cleaning. Bull18 cleaners did what I was wanting for a long time. My rooms are looking like new and kitchen is as clean as when I bought this house. Very happy with the services.

I called them for the cleaning of my 2 bed apartment. They finished the job in close to 3 hours whereas previously when i had got the same work from another cleaner it took 4 hours. i dont mind saved dollars for 1 hour.

They were very good in cleaning my house. They charged me slightly less money because of $30 loyalty discount. Very happy with the clean carpet, kitchen and shining new home.

House was messy due to my 2 kids and myself! They came and cleaned it very well at the end of my apartment lease. Commendable job in removing the stains from carpet. Happy and satisfied with the quality of work !

Cleaning of my apartment was done by them. I had booked them when I had to handover the keys to landlord towards the end of my lease. They cleaned the house as desired. Stains and spills were very well taken care of apart from the general cleaning. Thumbs up guys

They accepted my request for the job to be done in the early evening hours. Cleaning crew was very professional. Took a walk in the house (I guess to spot the trouble areas). Started the work and finished up; handing me over a clean house. Cheers!

I availed their service after moving my house. They cleaned the house very well. They had the equipment and chemicals to perform the right job. Very happy with the quality of work done for decent amount of money !

Do not ever use bull18 cleaners, this Indian run business is unprofessional and argumentive.
End lease cleaning we had bond rejected and had to hire new cleaners.
Cleaners arrived hours late were tired, during clean and at end we showed them poor job done, we filmed cleaners aggressive response. Called office during clean and following day we were treated awful. I never usually write reviews but feel need warn others never use bull18 cleaners
