I signed up for a Pension Review with Pensions Advice UK. Page on their website: /free-pension-review/, title: Do you have £15,000
or more of Pension Savings? The page clearly states that you need £15000 or more to request a call back with an expert. One week later and nobody has contacted me. Upon calling them I was told I didn't have enough to qualify for a review with one of their experts. I explained that THEIR website clearly says anything above £15000 will qualify, she said "the website needs/is being updated". Thank you for wasting my time.

Over the last two years I have been consulting with Burfields around planning towards retirement. This became a reality this year, as my circumstances changed. Over the process of creating a pension there were a number of a number of unexpected challenges thrown up. In the absence of clarity or urgency from the company holding my pension fund the Burfield team clearly went the extra mile to research, double check and provide invaluable advice. As a result I couldn’t be happier, as the projections proved to be spot on.
