They don’t deserve 1 star. This company is the worst company I have ever come across. We bought a bed frame from them which was not fit for purpose at all and broke within a couple of days of use. 4 months down the line we are still having trouble getting a refund which we rightfully deserve. They have been so unprofessional in all of there communications, sending emails where they literally say in it ‘blah blah blah’ being very sarcastic, contradicting and rude. They clearly have very little experience dealing with customers as they just fob everyone off and only care about the money. Once money is taken you as the customer do not matter. I genuinely cannot believe they have a running business as the customer service is failing massively.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I bought a bed through wowcher and it came from them. It broke after being used twice and they have been rude and unprofessional when dealing with them. They haven’t turned up to pick the bed up, when they said they would.

We ordered a wooden bed which was £80, they deliver a metal one worth £40. They say it was a simple human error but it looks like they do this a lot to other people upon looking at the reviews on here. We emailed them and we emailed Wowcher, no response since the 18th October it is now the 2nd of November. We receive a £30 refund which didn’t even cover the difference of the beds. Anyway - we were in the area to where their showroom is so we decided to go down, they knew exactly what they had done and agreed to pay us the refund amount that we asked for without hesitation. Clearly they have never had anyone come in to get their refund. If you do not hear back from them you may need to take a trip to Manchester. If this refund is not paid today as promised. I will be taking this to trading standards and a tribunal.

Only five one star because I had too wouldn’t let me give 0 … DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company . I ordered through WOWCHER another one I urge you NOT to buy from , anyway ordered a wood bed and they delivered a metal one , simple mistake so I email them as you cannot contact them by phone as the answer service urges you to leave a message seconds before disconnecting so impossible to leave a message and they reply with one email a day instead of asking for all information that they need in one email they drag it out into numerous emails , once they realise that yes they have delivered the wrong item they ask hey do you want to keep that one instead ? NO I DONT so I reply stating nope and could they arrange collection and re deliver and from that moment silence … no reply at all .. I have sent 10 additional emails and still no reply , so I then contact wowcher another joke so to complain to them you have to use watsapp and they then tell you as you bought from one of their TRUSTED suppliers they will pop you in a queue to speak to them .. well it must be a long queue as I’ve waited over 48 hours now and still heard nothing and each time I message wowcher I keep getting told they will pop me in the queue clearly not reading my responses. You have no way of actually speaking to either company and feel like these are the biggest scammers going … I will continue to request a refund from both and will take further action but would just like to make other people aware not to buy from either company as clearly neither can be trusted and customer services are non existent

i ordered a bed which they said had been dispached but when i asked for a tracking number they never supplied one i have sent them several messages and had no replys from them at all when i finally did get a tracking number from wowcher the tracking number supplied doesnt even work
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR WOWCHER AGAIN AND IM GO TO GO TO THE POLICE AS I FEEL THIS SCAMMING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF NEEDS TO STOP

I bought a gaming chair from here through wowcher. Delivery etc was fine but 8 months down the line the chair has broken due to the welding being rubbish. The chair has only been used by a child. Buyer Empire reply to every email I send telling me that they have a policy of only refunding / repairing / replacing items within 3 months of purchase and wowcher won’t do anything either

Wow, do I wish I'd read the reviews before buying a bed on wowcher from these robbing scumbags!!

Like other reviews say, there were parts missing, incorrect parts, BROKEN parts!! I had to buy parts for it and GLUE to stick a brand new bed back together!!

Please for your own sake, DO NOT buy from this company. They are an absolute disgrace. All they did was offer me an apology & £10 (I'd spent more on buying the missing parts and on the glue than £10!!)

Also, shame on wowcher for working with such a cowboy company!! I'll never go near either ever again!!

Will never be buying again had one bed from them no problems bed was as stated all went up fine so I thought ok order a 2nd for my other child well from start to finish it has been a night mare the bed (which was the same make and style as the first I ordered ) wasn't cut properly the holes never lined up so I tried to call the company waste of time no one ever answers so I emailed them and complained telling them the item was faulty to get a reply stating send pictures of the faulty parts sent them the bed frame in the box they wasn't going to accept that they wanted to see it as a frame up to see photos (how would this work when the frame don't connect ) 2 weeks later and after continucontuisly asking them to call me to discuss the matter and every email stating my phone number I never got a call I then today email to say I will be forwarding the tracking status of the bed being collected and returned and signed for by the company to my bank for a charge back they have reluctantly send wowcher a messege to refund me

AVOID AVOID AVOID ...Yet another company blaming COVID for not proving my parcel was delivered even though they have been told nobody was at my address the day it was supposed to be delivered and are basically calling me a liar after paying for my goods and not receiving them disgusting customer service taking over 4 weeks to tell my Yodel say ots been delivered 5 times bunch of cowboy scumbags

I purchased two beds from buyer empire through Wowcher. Interestingly,they have a system of delivering one small bed in 3-4 separate slots. You will have to be at home on 3-4 days to get one bed. They don’t tell you this when you are parting with your money!

But that’s not my complaint for today ( of course you will avoid them if you knew this - unless you have nothing to do with your time)

But what if they tell you they are coming to deliver, send you a link to track the delivery and they do not turn up?

What if the part delivered ( part one of 3)after a few failed slots is in a damaged packaging and the product is defective?
What if you call them 20 times and it goes straight to voicemail but you cannot leave any because it is full.

What if you use the message box on their website but get no reply or a call back?

What if you you email them and get the same standard automated reply every time irrespective of what you say in your email to them?

Oh, there’s is one positive. You copy in Wowcher in your emails to them so they start reading your emails and stop sending automated replies.

What if after wasting time to send over 20 emails to them they finally ask you to provide a phone number for their manager to call you but the manager does not call?

What if you email them again and they then ask you to send them a reminder email for them to get the manager to call you? Even you don’t mind playing PA to their manager, that’s a little annoying right?

What if you do so twice but no one calls?

What if after over 2 months, you are still waiting for your refund?

What if they don’t care about these reviews because they truly believe that no matter what happens, people looking for bargains on Wowcher would not bother to check out the reputation of the company selling the product?

What if I warned them I will be posting this review if they do not call me but they do not care.

Wont use them again. Wowcher give u a voucher to buy other goods from various manufacturers. They have no responsibility for any goods you buy with the voucher.
I bought two Sun Loungers from Buyerempire supposedly retailing at £233 (LOL!). Wowcher had them advertised at a "bargain" price of
£89(plus £14 P&P). They arrived poorly boxed and covered in dust - looked like they had been previously returned. There was no identifiable manufacturer
just "made in China". In addition the footrest on one was missing . I complained to Buyerempire who pleaded with me to accept a £5 "partial refund" which
has so far not materialised. Wowcher now bombards me with emails all day advertising more "bargains"

I have had the worst experience with this company , they have the worst customer service to the point they are border line rude !! I would not recommend anyone spend money with them ! I paid for a treadmill which was ment to be delivered to my door which it was not and was left at the bottom of my block with the block doors left open due to the careless ness of their driver ! So I my item was never received by myself so it was over £200 down the drain !!! They have been awful to deal with

Had to return items. Very good communication throughout. Refund received without issue.

An honest review here. I purchased a treadmill with this company through wowcher - after making my purchase I came over to trustpilot to read the reviews and I was so concerned I’d spent my money with this company. I tried to phone them, their phone line wasn’t being answered - so I emailed them and to be fair to them they replied within 24 hours.
I decided not to email them back and to just return the item if it turned up defective or whatever. Much to my surprise, the item was delivered about a week earlier than originally stated by Yodel. When I went to assemble the item, everything was in perfect order; my only hiccup is that the instructions weren’t in perfect English and could be a little difficult to follow but ultimately it was only a few screws that needed popping in; the treadmill came with all necessary tools and works perfectly.
I can’t speak for the whole company, but I’m thankful now I didn’t cancel my order. I shall summarise below:

Pros:
- Treadmill landed a week early
- All parts and tools necessary to assemble included and in perfect condition
- Running machine works well and is good value for money
- Company responded promptly via email

Cons:
- Company doesn’t seem to monitor the phone number on their website
- Instructions for assembly weren’t the easiest to follow (small images, bad English)

Overall I’m chuffed, sorry to hear some of the bad reviews on here but this was my experience with them personally :)

I purchased two ottoman beds from buyer empire through Wowcher.There were too many imperfections when the first part of bed 1 arrived ( they deliver beds in multiple parts at different times).
I emailed them to cancel the rest of the delivery but they continue to deliver parts which I subsequently declined. I have two parts of bed 1. They arranged a collection through Yodel and this required me to stay at for two days without the collection being made. Buyer empire sends you the same standard email when you contact them ( no means of speaking with anyone ever)
It has been 4 weeks now and I am waiting for the refund for the declined bed. I am also waiting for the delivered parts to be collected and refunded so that I can purchase other beds. This is a joke. I will be leaving further reviews since I do not think they are going make the refund anytime soon or arrange for the collection to be made. I do not think they care about negative reviews because they are essentially hiding behind Wowcher. I will be sending photos of the rubbish parts of the bed they delivered in due course.

DO NOT USE WOWCHER OR BUYEMPIRE!
I ORDERED TWO RECLINING GARDEN CHAIRS - WAITED 3 WEEKS AND RECEIVED NOTHING. THEN GET A CHEAP CHINESE MANICURE SET DELIVERED APOLOGISING FOR THE DELAY. CHECK ON WOWCHER WHERE IT SAYS MY CHAIRS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND THE ORDER IS COMPLETE. NOW FIGHTING MY CORNER FOR A REFUND AS IVE PAID OVER £130 (a lot of money to me) FOR A CHEAP AND NASTY MANICURE SET AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered some Rattan garden furniture on 31.5.2021 but had a change of heart the following day. So I thought I would cancel the order saving all of us time, emailed Wowcher wishing to cancel but the furniture arrived 7th June. No customer service telephone numbers just WhatsApp which is useless for Wowcher. I cannot tell you the amount of emails I have written to Buyerempire/Wowcher and it is still going on. I had to pay for UPS to return the goods, of which they did ( nice speedy service). I received a proof of delivery but Buyerempire are now saying there is no one of that name who works here. The emails I did receive (which is one a day) are awful, I have no name of you sent it.
PLEASE do not buy any goods from either company. It has been one nightmare of a journey with no light at the end of the tunnel.

Just recently bought a bed off Wowcher. A “solid pine bed” no solid about it! The most flimsy pile of crap ever! Cracked and paint chipping off! I’d save your money and shop elsewhere!

Ordered a running machine and exercise bike via Wowcher. After reading the reviews I was sceptic and pondered about cancelling my order. But, decided to stick it out and give it a chance. The goods turned up in good condition and a week earlier than anticipated! Pretty straight forward to assemble. Instructions not brilliant but its only a few nuts and bolts. I cant speak for other peoples experiences but credit due, Buyer Empire fulfilled my order better than I expected.
