i wasn’t going to write a review but i just thought i would as the rest of these are very negative as they obviously had a bad experience with the company. i’m 16 and paid for my own bed via wowcher which used buyer empire as their supplier, i didn’t read the reviews until the day after my purchase which then made me panic and i emailed them straight away asking for more details about me order. they emailed back almost straight away and said they would check it for me, however they never got back in touch so i obviously panicked. then today almost a week early i received both my bed and my mattress with no faults or issues whatsoever. only thing that i would say is they do not have very good communication with the customers and the instructions are a little hard to follow at times.

If I could put 0 I would. Bed was awful, my Nan has been asking for a refund since December as mattress was never delivered. How this company is still running I will never know! Absolutely disgusting service and full of lies.

I ordered a gaming chair via wowcher on 2nd Feb. Received my redeem code with in minutes and a tracking number the next morning saying will be delivered on or before the 9 feb.... The chair arrived this morning just in time for my sons birthday and he is so pleased. Thank you buyerempire and wowcher you have made a little boy so happy 😊

Like many others, I didn’t read the reviews! Ordered a gaming chair through Wowcher at the end of November. In December, package tracker said my package had been dispatched to a completely different city. I contacted the seller via email and phone only to be told I was wrong, then eventually ignored. By January it still hadn’t arrived. I had to raise a resolution case with PayPal, which is still not resolved, as they have refunded me the WRONG AMOUNT. Awful customer service. Wowcher should be ashamed for giving them a platform.

I bought a multi-function home gym station on the 19th November 2020. I still haven't received it. I have called them several times and left messages and still no call back. I bought this through Wowcher. order number is 36413889. this is a very poor customer service. it will be very nice to call me back and let me know why its taking so long for the equipment to be delivered than ignoring me.the worse customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a bed from this company via wowcher and it was meant to arrive the 22nd of January and never turned up. I have emailed the company multiple times to just be sent an automated email, that I replied to within 15 minutes of receiving it, giving them the information that they wanted and still haven’t received anything further. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone!
I am 17 years old and to save over £229 for a bed for it not to be delivered and to not be answered by the company is disgusting!
It’s ridiculous how they think they can go on ignoring people and taking their money without giving them the item that they purchased. Hope they are happy with their selves.

UPDATE
The company have now replied to me through email asking me for my wowcher code, which I have previously gave them two times already. I have contacted wowcher and they have emailed the company directly and now waiting 72 hours for a reply.

Bought a bed via wowcher without checking the reviews first. One half of the bed turned up very quickly. I tried to call but as mentioned by other reviewers the phone does not get answered so I emailed. Two days later the second half of the bed turned up. They had sent it in two deliveries but had not told me. I emailed to tell them and did receive a prompt reply. If only they answered the phone/replied to emails
promptly to let all of their customers know what was happening with their orders (such as splitting the deliveries or delays) it might really improve the reviews that they receive. The bed was great value for money and good quality.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Like many other reviews below (unlike the clearly fake ones written yesterday) I ordered a bed through Wowcher.
Received one small package and asked the courier about it as it clearly wasn’t big enough for a kind size bed! He said he only had the one.
I have been back and forth to Wowcher and this merchant and just get ‘give us longer because of covid’ I get told 3-5 days then when this time lapses I get told 5-7.
I have asked for a refund multiple times to be ignored.
I am looking at legal action as £300 is a lot of money to lose at the time and sleeping on the floor is not good for anyone.
Avoid these like the plague.

Alas.. I have been caught in this trap.. for any new reader coming here to get any answers the 4 good reviews under me look like they have been put there to cover up the bad reviews.
So I bought a small double with mattress through wowcher like many others bed frame arrived (they have sent a single) clearly! I asked the driver where the mattress was only to be told thats all he had.. on the box it said 1 of 2.. pretty p'ed off by this point I contacted the seller twice that day still had no response. Wowcher just telling me to ask buyer empire to return the frame.. I feel like hitting my head off a brick wall passing the buck from one to another. Ive opened a case with PayPal (thankful I paid with them) PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WOWCHER OR BUYER EMPIRE

Best Company I have seen.I ordered bed with Mattress.They were out of stock with mattress they informed on time.bed delivered after 18 days they deliver mattress.

Sent numerous emails and phone calls they where unanswered, still no bed.
Don’t waste your money! Absolutely terrible service.

DO NOT,QOUTE DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a multi gym through Wowcher in November and I’m still waiting for it. It has been Approx 12 emails later and I am still waiting on my item. The whole process has been a Shambles The customer service is appalling they continue to ask me to contact the courier which I have done, the courier are telling me they have never received the item.
WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM BUYER EMPIRE.

Unfortunately having read the reviews too late, I am suffering the same fate. Ordered a bed through Wowcher before Christmas for delivery on 17th December. Nothing received and when constantly chased got poorly worded emails telling me to be patient as there is a pandemic. Contacted Wowcher who will do nothing and my poor daughter is still sleeping on the floor 6 weeks later as her original bed was broken. I will never again use Wowcher or this company and now need to try and get my money back as from what I have read, even if they do deliver, it would seem I may only get frame or mattress and not the 2 things I have ordered and paid for - absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I ordered a double bed frame and mattress around the 5th December, received my bed frame the 17th with no mattress!!! I’ve emailed them MULTIPLE times asking where my mattress is for them to give me the same poor excuse!! Please give us longer due to COVID! Absolutely livid!! I paid extra for my mattress so I should have it here by now! wowcher cannot seem to help and just tell
Me to contact the seller (buyerempire) which I have, to get no response! Just get to leave a voicemail which I doubt they will even listen to as they clearly don’t care AT ALL about their customers!!! I’m taking this legal if my mattress don’t arrive soon!! DO NOT order from these people

WElll what an awful company, seems that i am also stung with the same issues as others ordering a bed and mattress with no mattress delivery. I have contacted them with very little response, and no discussion of refund. TERRIBLE

OMG what a sham of a company. Cannot believe i didnt read the reviews on this place beforehand. I ordered a single bed frame but received a small double. Both BuyerEmpire and Wowcher are absolutely rubbish at customer service. Ive had the bed frame a week up to now and in that time i have had 2 emails from the merchant saying exactly the same thing. Ive sent them pictures of the box as proof and rung various times a day and also left phone messages. Not heard back of them since. Spoke with Wowcher through Watsapp Leo wasnt much help but Tom raised a complaint, which was supposed to be high priority but that was only done because i threatened them with the Ombudsman. Ive contacted my bank, we are able to go through them to get a refund on any products (bet the merchant will soon get in touch then though eh) or contact the Ombudsman. Will update my review over the next few days
