Absolutely abysmal service. Almost makes me stop using wowcher. I have had no response to emails sent by myself and wowcher. The phone number rings out. If it looks too good to be true there could be a reason. One star is one too many

Do not use wowcher or buyer empire. Ordered a treadmill, it arrived a few days later but was the wrong one, a cheap non electric which I asked buyer empire to take back.
They arranged collection but I had moved house. I emailed them twice with details but they still went to old address. That was a week ago and despite numerous emails to both them and wowcher I have heard nothing back. Will be taking to small claims court if its not resolved.
Would never use wowcher again. Seems like they affiliate with con artists and just don't care.

Do not use this company, I ordered a double wooden framed bed with a header and foot board, one box appeared, missing parts looked like header and footer. I bought it via woucher, I am attempting to return the box unopened as they say all in 1 box which is impossible. They do not answer telephone and respond with stupid responses via email, thy must be a consumer protection delight

Ordered garden furniture through Wowcher for Easter weekend, didn't show up on delivery date. Only when I contacted Buyer Empire did they say they would refund me. They said they dispatched the items but they were returned as their courier does not deliver to my postcode (east coast of mainland Scotland). Tried to explain to them by email that it is false advertising because their advert through Wowcher only stated that they don't deliver to Scottish Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland. They didn't respond. Wasted my time, had no garden furniture to sit on over Easter weekend! And don't get me started on the issues getting a refund from Wowcher! Would not recommend Buyer Empire to anyone!

I must admit not all was smooth and confusion was caused with my experience with buyer empire.
I purchased a ottoman bed for my son and after a few days I had a email that Yodel would be delivering.
I was puzzled when a delivery man dropped off 1 box and confirmed that was all he had. Shortly after Yodel turned up with the mattress. After this I opened the box to discover I had half a bed.
In finding the contact details I came across these reviews and assumed the worst. However! After emailing yesterday I had a response this morning. They confirmed the rest was on the way and Yodel was due to deliver today.
I am very happy with the bed and the price and wouldn't discourage anyone from buying from here. I would say not to assume the worst and base your choice on the reviews. Also if you have delivery issues to contact them to check before assuming the worst as I did.

Suprise suprise I'd also give 0 stars if I could . Now on week 3 of waiting for the rest of my bed to be delivered. Emailed the company and wowcher who facilitate the deal but NOTHING . Horrendous avoid at all costs !!!!!!

I purchased a gaming chair via wowcher last week of January . It broke one week later . Was offered some money back to buy the part that broke as they didn’t have any more chairs in stock. I declined as I wouldn’t have a clue where to source this or what it would be called . I requested a refund , had to send chair back which was was fair enough but very stressful to sort out . Then wowcher gave me a voucher which was no good to me as I needed to replace the gaming chair ! Finally this week they have issued a refund . So I can’t fault the company , they did sort out the issue but it did take 2 months

Ordered a double bed and mattress was ment to bed delivered on feb 3rd 5 weeks later I've still only recieved half of it. Have been in contact with wowcher and buyerempire who are damn right liars constantly saying it's due to be delivered in 4-5 days and then never turns up. Have sent so many e mails and waited in constantly. The company is a joke and customer service is terrible. Save yourself the hassle and dont use them.

Okay so I made the mistake of ordering through wowcher before checking the reviews, which I NEVER do! Anyway, lesson learned.

I emailed the company immediately after ordering it requesting cancellation due to the online reviews. Had an email back within an hour or 2 saying sorry to hear that, send us your wowcher code and we'll get it sorted.

Then nothing for approx 48 hours. Then I get a shipping notification. Then I get an email a few hours later saying it was impossible to cancel because they had shipped it...

I feel like they read my email and went "quick, send it now so we can't cancel it!" Before replying to me 😂

Bed came and to be fair for the price I cant complain. Instructions were awful, literally just vague pictures!

But the bed is up and it's not fallen apart yet so that's a good sign...

Personally I wouldn't risk using the company because although I got my product, reading the other reviews it looks like not everyone was as lucky...

After ordering the white pine bed & mattress I didn't think to read the reviews but after the mattress got delivered & there was no sign of the bed I googled the company and began to kick myself at the disappointment from customers who had only received either the bed or the mattress. I rang up the company but it went straight to voicemail and cut me off. I emailed them to enquire about the bed frame and they emailed me back the next day and then the day after the bed frame got delivered!! So all in all I didn't have anything to worry about. The bed is gorgeous and I love the mattress (I've had the same mattress before so I know how comfy it is)

Agree with all the bad reviews. Spent £550 on a home gym for most parts to never turn up. Complete con! Early December I bought this and no response. Their email is absolutely dreadful! I will be a pain for them until the pieces are delivered. Absolute waste of money

updated: bed and mattress both here so excellent service in regards to fufilling the order but really need to have a word with delivery they just left the mattress outside no knock no signature as required luckily my neighbor spotted it before it was stolen....

recived my bed but no mattress can only contact them via email as cuts off before i can leave message on answer machine after reading these its probably full !!! ive also emailed wowcher no reply from either yet really disappointed as taken a while to save for this bed and mattress might have to see if i get a response from emails or ombudsman will be informed takes the mick wowcher taking our money still advertising them knowing this company is dodgy from ages ago !!! being disabled i cant sleep on the floor !!!

Have ordered a weight training bench kit. Half of the parts were missing the other half were so badly made that was impossible to put it together!

It was not cheap and the item can not be used!!! Wasted £400.00 on a few bit of iron and plastic

Bad business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!. I purchased a kingsize bed with hydrolic base with this company, on the day for delivery, I only received a set of the bed. The other part wasn't delivered. I contacted the company and took another week to receive the next part. During the set up, I realised that the hydrolic base wasn't supplied. I contacted the company again via email and explained to them.but no reply. I've tried ever since still no reply. Very bad business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY VIA WOWCHER!!! If there was need to give zero, I would have done so.

I would give one star if I could. I ordered a bed and mattress in Nov 2020. The bed arrived but no mattress. I was told it had been sent, then that I could have a refund, then that it had been sent in Jan 2021 ONLY to then be told it hadn’t been sent and that I could have a refund. I’m still waiting on the refund. The bed that arrived was good quality but the company lie, ignore emails and have no customer service at all.

Paid extra for footstool !!!
They are still charging people online.
Gaming chair arrived no footstool.
Contacted them by email and phoned.
Complained asked when would i recieve footstool.

I honestly don’t understand where all these bad reviews are coming from. I made a order through wowcher and a week later my bed and mattress turned up by yodel. From the start I had been emailing people from the company as I didn’t read the reviews until after i ordered (silly me) and got worried. But everything turned up today 11/02/21 and it’s all perfect!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Gaming chair ordered for our son as a birthday present..over five weeks we got several messages saying our address was invalid ( what? It's our home address !) so they couldn't deliver. We then got an email saying our address was out of their catchment area. Still waiting for refund. Liars and never stated delivery restrictions upon order.
