Pretended that I had not sent the laptop nor did they receive it. After several attempts, and then spending much time finding my tracking number, they finally 'found' it with a ridiculous excuse. Then they processed my payment after considerable legal action and put a 21 day hold on it to make sure the item was received, even though they knew it was. Unprofessional, scam, and dishonest. DO NOT do business with these people.

Abysmal service. I disclosed issues with the laptop online, was given a quote. Agreed and arranged collection, courier never showed or rang. Emailed to ask, was told another courier would try the next day. After a week I had to chase them via email to ask if it had been recieved, they said yes and were testing. Test then came back saying they found issues not disclosed (this is untrue, all issues listed by them were listed in the initial online process by me) but I accepted lower by HALF quote out of convenience. It has now been a month, not been paid and waiting for an answer to my enail chasing them up. Do not use this site.

Sent in my laptop and got paid a week later at the price quoted during the initial phase. Prompt and friendly customer service, I’d be using them again if need be in future.

Very good service! Got money exactly a week after I've sent the laptop ! Faster than expected.
They quote did end up being bit lower but I was still happy to accept the price as i didn't give the right details to some of the questions which was fine they're very nice and responsive people :)
Totally recommend it if you want to get rid of your laptop asap!

Sold my laptop to them. Was collected from my home address so no need to drop it off to the post office. Got paid with in the 7 days via PayPal. Very straightforward and smooth. Thank you. Will recommend.

Sold my laptops to them. I had to chase for the product testing (which led to a lower evaluation) and then for payment but they did their job in the end. Not really satisfied with the price as I think laptops components were in very good conditions, but at the same time didn't want to ask them back and restart the selling process elsewhere.

For me it was a great and smooth experience. I packed my laptop and on agreed date courier took my parcel. Then I’ve got a confirmation email that laptop was received. I had to wait +\- one week for my payment. I would go back to Buymylapyop company again!

Horrific. This company have effectively stolen my property after little to no contact over the past two months and still no payment.

Ridiculous. I will be seeking legal action. DO NOT USE.

After sending the company my old laptop, and then receiving an acknowledgement they had received it, the company is now ghosting me. Do not trust them.

Looking at other reviews, I had a very similar experience. Sent my laptop, had a severely reduced quote back in return. I declined and asked for my laptop back. They then emailed me attempting to haggle over the price (!!), and I said no, either send me back my laptop or send me the original quote. I heard nothing back from them, so I emailed threatening to get the Ombudsmen Service involved, and had the money sent to me a couple of days later. This seems to be the way to get the money back off them. Two stars rather than one because they did eventually pay me, but I don't doubt they would have avoided it if they could. AVOID.
