DO NOT USE THIS SITE
- payment never received
-offered quote much lower than original
-recovery disks and manuals sent however company says i did not send them, therefore quote was lowered
-the courier which was sent by buy my laptop would not take the original box, therefore quote was lowered
- I have emailed complaining and asking what was happening - no response
-I have phoned their contact number which always goes to voice mail
-I now cannot access my account as my email has suddenly become unrecognised.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Like other reviewers here, I sold this company my laptop in good faith and even accepted the reduced price they offered.
A month and a half later I have yet to receive any payment and my attempts to contact them via email and telephone have been ignored. I will be looking to take this further , it's the principal of it for me, they can't be allowed to treat people like this.

Just rubbish!!!
Have been waiting for 5 weeks for payment and I still have not received it. If you want payment instantly avoid this company at all costs plus they have 0844 numbers so you going to end up racking a large phone bill trying to find out where your money is.

Evil company, take your belongings and do not honour the agreement and do not pay you any of the money you are owed, and refuse to have contact with. I will be taking the company to a small-claims court, so look forward to hearing from me soon Jack Williams. Theft and fraud is illegal, and you won't get away with it.
