Loved it, however the extendable plastic material that keeps all the stones, catch my hair on my neck, wish you don’t use this material in the future, I will have to go to a shop to change it.

Amazing customer service. Immediate replies on emailing. Not once but twice I have sent my bracelet back to alona to get extra links put in- first time I ordered the smaller version accidentally and then I realised I can’t do it up on my own, so the extra link means I now can. Sent it off on Wednesday and received back on Friday. Free of charge. This is how retail customer support should be- not the free part - that’s a bonus- the finding a solution part, reacting quickly and being helpful. Thank you again!

The Diana ring in silver is absolutely beautiful. I haven’t wanted to take it off since it was delivered. So cute and versatile. I love it!

I had a pearl necklace that I had purchased a few years ago that had broken. I got in touch to see if it could be repaired and for a small sum it could be. The customer service from this company is both very helpful and speedy. The necklace was repaired and sent back all within one week. So very happy.

I purchased the Wave earrings in silver; they are so stunning in person I purchased them in gold too. The quality of the jewelry is amazing. I had an issue with delivery of one of one of my orders but the customer service team were outstanding and resolved the issue within hours.

Absolutely stunning ammonite pendant! When it arrived i was a bit conscious that the chain was a little too short on me. i sent it back and within one working day they had put a new longer chain on (for no extra cost!)- if that is not great customer service, i don't know what is!
