While I was disappointed that the clock stopped working so shortly after it was purchased, the employees were incredibly responsive and helpful in figuring out the issue and getting it replaced with no cost to myself.

Wrong package returned (my mistake) handled well. I sent the wrong package back to Loftie and they were able to contact the 3PL and ensure the package was sent back to me.

I have had such an outstanding experience with Loftie’s customer support - I couldn’t resist writing a review. It is indicative of the quality of the product and company leadership that they invest in support by real folks, not bots, for real customers.
I am not tech savvy and we had moved and our two Lofties were paired with older locations’ Wi-Fi. This superb professional ‘’Grace’’, such an apt name, was patient, creative, thorough, and repeatedly reassured me that she understood I needed to reboot my Loftie, and not the one our adult son ‘had stolen’ and uses religiously. Through repeated emails I got updates, timelines for next steps from our son and from me, and simply made me feel heard AND appreciated as a customer. Incredible to experience. It makes me feel even more loyal to Loftie - the product and the company. In days of cost cutting, customer support is too frequently un appreciated. (As a long retired senior exec from a major global airline, I really applaud this investment.

Despite the product not working out for us, the customer service we received was outstanding. The turnaround time on responses was excellent and our refund was approved as soon as we had confirmed the courier information over. An excellent example of top class customer service.

I’m updating my original review to reflect the final outcome.
My order initially experienced significant delays and the shipping status was unclear for quite some time, which was frustrating and made me worry about whether the order had actually been sent.
However, after I continued to follow up, the Loftie support team stayed in contact and worked to resolve the issue. My Loftie clock has now arrived, and as a gesture for the inconvenience they also sent an additional unit at no extra cost.
I truly appreciate the effort they made to make things right and their willingness to go the extra mile for a customer. While the shipping and logistics process could certainly be improved, I found the support team to be responsive and committed to resolving the situation.

I absolutely love my Loftie and the supporting app. I knew I needed and wanted to make changes around my phone usage before and after bed, so having this stylish and multipurpose item has really revolutionised my start and end of day routine. I love falling asleep to different sounds, although would love some more yoga nidras/sleep meditations to be added.
Shipping was super quick, and the customer service has been incredibly prompt by email- shout out to Nikki for her assistance.
I have told so many people now about Loftie as I’m completely converted.

I haven’t received my alarm clock yet, but I still wanted to share how great my experience has been so far. The ordering process was smooth and easy, and the customer service team has been absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating, quick to respond, and genuinely kind in answering my questions. It really made me feel valued as a customer. Based on this experience alone, I would definitely see myself coming back to purchase the lamp in the future and continue supporting a business that clearly cares about its customers and gives back in such a thoughtful way.

I have had a Loftie clock and lamp for over 2 years - it feels so rare to even hear back from a team so long after the product was purchased. However, when my lamp started malfunctioning this month, they responded in a timely manner and did not rest until my problem was resolved. I purchased a Loftie Clock, powered by the Loftie app. They are rolling out some interesting features, one of which is a campaign to reduce screen time through the use of the app and an NFC card (Focus Card). I encountered issues with the Focus Card upon order, delivery, and use, but Loftie customer service was VERY responsive and diligent in identifying, addressing, and resolving all issues. I am happy with the Clock, and looking forward to seeing what new features and initiatives Loftie can bring to the market and their customers.

Loftie Clock is a beautifully designed device with a wide range of sleep sounds and a smart two-phase alarm that works really well. It just turned out not to be the right fit for my personal routine :(
However, their customer support deserves special praise. They were extremely kind, professional, and fast to reply. Even though the clock wasn’t for me, the experience with the company was excellent!

Not a quality product. Pairing can be contentious and sometimes needs to be redone. They don't give you a way to cancel the membership anywhere. There is an easy process described on their site but it doesn't exist in the app. It is also very very overpriced.

Don’t buy. Unnecessary bulky and unstable setup process and less premium in real life compared to 3D renders.

Amazing product and customer service !
I just bought the clock, had some issues to setup it, and the team help me super quickly from the distance, worked very well.
I recommend this product, makes a big difference to be less on the phone before sleeping.

The product wasn’t right for me but customer service were very helpful in helping me return it. The only word of warning is that they don’t do free returns so I had to pay quite a bit (and lost money) to return it.

The clock is great. It looks and does just as advertised. Made for a great gift. In addition the app is not something I was looking for, but is a nice addition.
For me the best part was the service. When enquiring about the delivery time I got detailed explanation and tips on how to best keep track of the package. After that, later support questions where resolved and replied to swiftly and with great friendliness.
