Fraud. I ordered the Loftie clock for delivery on October 20. This was delayed to October 31. It still has not shipped, and has no ETA. I've requested the order to be cancelled and refunded. This has yet to be processed, it's been almost a week. Today I was charged one month subscription fee for the Loftie Rest app, which I don't want, and the charge was done using the card of file with Shopify which is super sketchy.

First of all, our clock took over a month to arrive. Second, the clock does not seem to allow more than one phone to connect, so each time my partner or I tried to connect so that we both had control on our respective phones, Loftie would kick one of our phones off the Bluetooth connection. Trying to use this device as a way to sleep without my phone in the bedroom has led to a huge hassle of spending more time on my phone through this dang app. Third, they have no customer support over the phone, only an AI bot that approximates a human voice and directs you to email support. Finally, the actual alarm itself is unreliable — sometimes the first tone just hasn’t gone off and I have had to rely on the second tone which is set later which has made me late. I’ve ended up just sleeping with my phone in my bedroom as a backup which undermines the entire point. The whole process has been infuriating.

I‘ve waited almost two months to get my order and communicated several times with costumer care. The Mails from costumer care are very friendly and very AI generated. There is no real person who really wants to find a solution. Now I try to get my money back via PayPal and Lofties AI still tries to keep me and wants me to cancel the money refund request. Super wired and sounds like this whole company is a scam. I wish I read the reviews sooner.

After complaining I received the courtesy of an AI email response who didn't answer my concern.

I purchased the Loftie clock 3 weeks ago and did not receive an order confirmation. I emailed Loftie asking for the confirmation, but never got an answer. I also did not receive the clock itself. I believe I have been scammed!
Update November 26, 2025: I still have not received my Loftie clock. But Loftie did debit my card for their clock app!

I think the product itself is okay, and some of the feedback feels a little harsh. Yes, the app is buggy, but you can tell it’s a new business still working things out. Personally, I don’t use the app for sleep tracking or improvements, I just like it as a really nice-looking alarm clock.
The build quality is good, though I wouldn’t say it’s worth £100+. Honestly, I probably would have returned it if I’d kept the box. That said, the design is great, it looks good on a bedside table, and the light feature is a nice touch.
The app does have some appealing features, but I don’t use them. What I don’t love is the subscription model, these days almost every company adds one, and for me, a product has to be truly outstanding to justify it. I don’t think they’re there yet, but given they’re a new company, that’s understandable.
Overall: good design, decent build, buggy app, and a questionable price point but plenty of potential if the company continues to improve.

I purchased five of the clocks for a client. Loftie added a subscription to the purchase. I have been trying since September to cancel the subscription and have been getting the run around. I do not have access to the clocks and they keep telling me you have to cancel through the app. This is a scam

I bought a lamp and a clock. Supposedly supposed to improve sleep quality and wake you up gently. I did want to use my phone less so I went for it. The products are highly unstable and finicky. You have to constantly reconnect and repair and keep going in loops. This is not a rocket. It’s a lamp and clock … products that have been around for centuries. At this point neither product is working (not even 4 months in). They are not intuitive. Absolutely terrible design and troubleshooting. The app will always say “your WiFi or Bluetooth” are a problem vs the products are garbage.

I purchased a Loftie alarm clock. I like the clock but was also signed up automatically for a "subscription" service for which I am charged 5.99 per month. I asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds even though I did not sign up.

Purchased both the clock and lamp about two years ago. No problem until recent app update. Basic functionality such as being able to schedule when the lamp is to automatically turn off was removed and for the clock, that same feature, called "Wind Down", is now only available via their new subscription. I was DM'ing with Loftie on Instagram about this issue (since Support is slow but social media was super responsive), shared screenshots which had identifying information for my Loftie devices, and a few minutes later, my lamp suddenly goes off. Super bright. At 10:30pm. I suspect the person I was chatting with did this, which is super not cool, and completely destroyed what little remaining trust I had in this so-called sleep advocate company.
