Not helpful cancelling cards when still a few weeks left on them and changing PIN number.
Left me unable to use card whilst away.

The discounts available for using the card is good however the overall service is poor due to the app being unusable. It constantly doesn’t let you access it resulting in you needing to remove and readd. So much so I have stopped using it altogether

Apple Pay
It would great is we could add the card to Apple pay, I would use it much more!

Clear information on where the card can be used with partner retailers. The vault is a good way of seeing your savings that you have made.
Would be a 5* review if you could go back further on the cashback history to check that you had received all cashback payments (it only lets you go back several weeks & some cashbacks can take a while to come through)

It's great to have cash back at Retailers especially those that I regularly use for food shopping. I do find that the App doesn't always work for me to top up when I need to - it's getting better but still have issues at times.

The benefits are good, and when it works it's good. But it's terrible when there is anything to do with their administration of the card, issues with the card, help from the company, all very poor.

it is pot luck if the card works - 5/10 it declines at the check out, even though I know there is money on the card. Most of the time - I have to physically put the card in and use my pin
When you click on to the app - even though I have face recognition it asks for full password and when you are at a check out in a rush to do a top up you do not have the time to be doing this.

I like the cashback amounts and the variety of stores but it’s such a shame that the card cannot be added to Apple Pay. The app is also not great

I like the Byond card a lot. Although it would be helpful if it could be put on Apple Pay. Also sometimes when topping up it doesn’t go through

Like the fact I can get cash back on my weekly shopping. Like I can top up my card from and app buy the app is rubbish. It repeatedly freezes especially when trying to top up. Says your top up has been successful when it hasn’t. Often the login page crashes so you can’t even get in. It’s the worst app I have ever used and has not progressed or been developed in years. For context I’ve used this app for 5 years +

Great savings benefits but a ridiculous system to order a joint/partner card upon its expiry. Why not simply renew that card at the same time? Why have to go through all the registration again from scratch. A totally pointless exercise.

I like the app but it’s a pain when you need a one time passcode before you can get in each time

Its good to have this card when you have big purchases for the cashback. However, I find the app isnt the best, I normally need to receive a code on my phone to log on and this biggest issue i have is I cant add it to my google wallet. I hardly carry a wallet now, so when im out and about i miss opportunities to use the card as I dont have it with me. This needs to change so I use the card more.

The features of the card are not customer friendly at all. The outlets where the card are accepted is limited. Balance on card after closure of account is apparently not refunded to customer.

App is not the most efficient, consistently requiring a code to access

Not being able to add the card to your Apple wallet is inconvenient, as I constantly forget the card because all of my other cards are now in Apple wallet. Also, we tried to add a secondary card holder to the account a few months ago. This was so difficult that we gave up.

Finally got its App usability to a good place making this a really good company benefit worth using.
This is a a perk that actually works for you.

Dislikes.
The fact that you have to cancel your payments through your salary rather than have the ability to withdraw funds.
Having to manually request a card for you partner rather than it being available on the app.
Received a renewed card and had to change the PIN. Why can’t you leave the PIN the same like other debit cards
I then asked for a new card due to marriage and the existing card was deactivated straight away which I was unaware of. When updating the new PIN on my renewed card it was retained by the cash machine as it had been cancelled due to me asking for a new card in my married name. This resulted in me being unable to do my shopping as I had no card.
Overall I used to think this was a great option to put money away for big expenses like Xmas but the recent problems and the fact you can’t use the card in budget supermarkets like Lidl and Aldi or Home Bargains or B&M and the declining rewards I’m seriously considering stopping the payments I make through my salary and will feedback all of this to the benefits team with my employer
