The product quality is nice. But was disappointed as bought the present fir my neice and it ended up arriving in a pouch and not in a box even though the postage was paid for. It should had arrived in a small box as I had bought these necklaces before from retail outlets.

Lovely jewellery
Really lovely jewellery at an excellent price, fast dispatch, and free postage and packing. Once when one of my parcels from Byzantium was lost in the post, they sent a replacement immediately. Great service, great products, highly recommended.

Very happy customer

After some searching I found this company and they had a big selection and the one I needed for Mother's Day! Paula was also very kind on her email reply, which was appreciated and was sent over the weekend. Item received promptly as promised as well.
