Purchased 2 pairs of women boots 3 …
Purchased 2 pairs of women boots 3 months ago. One of the pairs has wooden heel . After several times of using it it looks like a 5 years old shoe.
Very poor quality for 200$ shoe ( the original price is $270). As a regular ECCO costumer ( i would buy only ecco shoes for the last couple of years) i reached out to their costumer service and send them photos of the shoe.I got a very polite answer that it looks like regular wear and tear. I am positive you can find better quality for those prices.

Ca.shop.ecco.com: Slow to Refund Money to the Customer
I have been EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED with my last shopping experience with ecco.com selling in Canada.
I have been buying ECCO shoes from this online store EccoShopCanada for nearly 6 years, so that I am able to compare what customer service they offer now with what they offered before. Everything (shoes, shipping, and customer services) was perfect, until last summer. Last summer, services provided by ca. shop. ecco. com have changed for the worst—a lot.
First, in the very beginning of last September 2017, a pair of boots was missing from one package they sent to me (no boots inside the package; on the packing slip, there was a hand-written note “not shipped” in front of that item). Only after some messages I sent to them, and after a call I made, they sent me a refund. They pretended they don’t understand what happened and blamed delays in shipping.
Secondly, on September 13, 2017, via UPS ground transport, I returned to EccoShop’s warehouse in Markham, ON, three (3) pairs of shoes for refund. They received the package the next day. On November 1, 2017, I have been still waiting for a refund.
However, on their refund policy Ecco Shop Canada promise only up to “10 business days for processing of refunds.” The previous years, ca. shop. ecco. com kept this promise on every occasion. But seemingly not any longer.
In addition, ECCO Shop Canada Customer Service has not bothered to reply on my every e-mail. If they do reply, it takes them up to a week to send a general response but without addressing my specific problems.
Therefore, after 7 weeks I returned the shoes for refund, I have not been refunded.
Although they sell shoes of excellent quality, the shipping and customer services provided by ca. shop. ecco. com have become poor.
