Prompt delivery. Great little cake tins.

I made an order costing over £70 early Friday morning for same day dispatch and paid £14 for next day Saturday delivery. It's now Monday and my items have not been dispatched. I have a DPD tracking number but DPD state my item although logged with them hasn't been handed to them yet. I've tried calling and emailing but had no answer from this seller

This is the first time I’ve ordered from Cake Cabinet. I ordered a sugar paste Bow which arrived broken. I have sent a photo and requested for a refund. The company keep asking if I would except a replacement, however I’ve made it clear that I want a refund. Which has still not been agreed to or confirmed

I ordered a 14” cake knife but received a 12” cranked palette knife. When I queried this I was told the knife I ordered was now out of stock. Had to contact you again this week to see where my knife was only to be told you were waiting for me to say if I wanted another one sent when I had already stated in my original email that I did! I’m still waiting for it to arrive!!!!!

My order was quick and effecient. The quality of my order was to a high standard. Im very happy with my products.

The pumpkin tin I bought was damaged. I told the company I would like a replacement or a refund on the day I received it. Despite the short time frame I was told I could return it, wait for a refund, then order again, or accept a 50% discount. I reiterated that I would ideally like a replacement, or failing that, an immediate refund (and I would return the item but not at my own cost- it’s not my fault they sent a faulty item). They emailed back pushing the 50% discount, so rather than not having a pumpkin tin for Halloween I accepted. But now I have a damaged tin that took me twice as long to bake with because one of the cavities is unusable. I bought this because of the quality of a PME tin. Would not use this company again. I gave 2 stars instead of one because they did offer to ameliorate the situation, even if not the way I would have preferred.

Quick delivery, products good. Will just add it's not a complaint but just a recommendation you sent a free gift which was very kind of you and I know you didn't have to but the item you gifted was going out of date within the next 2 days so it was just going to be wasted.
