Wife's car wasn't starting went through…
Wife's car wasn't starting went through my breakdown company via the app and they dealt with the issue within an hour. Driver came and resolved the issue. Then also got a call an hour later to make sure issue was resolved. Highly recommend.

First Class service
Through an issue with my car I used the start rescue app .
Call Assist kept me informed whilst the rescue technician arrived .
it was very reassuring as a solo driver late at night - to be kept informed. & felt safe.
i have no hesitation to use the service again

Excellent handling of unusual "breakdown"
From the first phone call explaining my situation the transfer of my vehicle from a garage that imcapacitated my car during a routine service to a competent garage that fixed the problem, was handled quickly and efficiently.
The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered promptly to the other garage who fixed the car ready fopr me to drive away the same day.
This is an excellent service with understanding call handlers and recovery staff.

The office i contacted was very efficient and very helpful. The driver who loaded my vehicle was very competent and I watched as she managed the loading process very quickly and the receiving garage phoned and told me it had arrived. I wish to say that the whole recovery was perfect. I will certainly be renewing my contract with START next year - a very good and efficient process. Thank you!

Spit-Spot Super Service
The response was super-fast. The mechanic knew at once what had happened ( I had flooded the engine!) and got the car restarted very quickly. I should have noted his name but forgot to ask him. He has helped me with rescue in the past (from Ninewells Garage) and is a very polite and pleasant person, as well as being very efficient.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish considering we broke down on the motorway in a very vulnerable place without any hard shoulder they came out to our car within 20 minutes and the breakdown driver very friendly and professional would definitely recommend thank you 😊😊😊😊😊
