Not happy at all

Not happy at all. Very disappointing experience. I ordered a hoody on the 16th of August and it is now the 12th of September and I have still not received the item. Nearly a month of waiting on it. I emailed the company twice about the order with no reply so then Instagram messaged them and I did get a reply saying it will be dispatched on 4th of September (the next day from dming them) baring in mind their postage says 4-8 days i still havnt received the hoody. Will not be buying from this company again and feel like asking for a refund.

Do not order!

Mad!
My name is Rebecca Brons, order Number: #10611. Product: Calvin the bear - Jilly Hoodie baby blue. I’m a little bit confused and mad about the product i received. IT is not the same as the picture on the website.

I’ve sent my order retour. The webshop said I would have had a response within 24 hours, but I didn’t get any e-mail. So now I’ve sent the package on my own costs to Norway. How are we going to do this?

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I wish there was a way to give this company a negative score. I ordered DECEMBER 26th and never got my hoodie. I emailed them all the way until March of this year and they stopped responding. This company is a scam and took my $80 do not shop here. They have terrible customer service. We’re now in September and I even tried requesting for a refund but they never answered. WHAT A JOKE.
