the products are nice
the products are nice, but shipping and customer service aren't the strong points. The first time I ordered a hoodie it took over 2 months for I got it. The second time was within 3 days. But they never responded on my emails, so therefore 3 stars.

Excellent service
The service Calvin the Bear provided was excellent. I could track the package and my package was in time. Furthermore, they answered all the questions I had, within a very short time period. After I received the package I got another e-mail stating that if I had any questions I could reach out to them. I think that's just excellent service. I'm very happy with the kind assistance Calvin the Bear provides. I would definitely recommend ordering here.
