I was very pleased with all aspects of this purchase. In particular I was most impressed with the communications, & very importantly with the professional approach of the transit packaging via Parcel Force. As it was a small piece of toughened glass - for an outdoor floodlight lens, much effort was taken in the 'assembly' of the packet with unique plastic & cork pads. It arrived as specified, undamaged of course & the cutting size fitted perfectly the aluminium frame. Well done to all.
