I've order three times with lite stone and each order was dispatched really quickly, they kept me informed of the delivery status at all times. The slate sheets were always well packaged and delivered in great condition. Have phoned with questions about product, they have always solved any queries I had. The actual product is a lovely quality. Looks great on the walls.

Poor sample
Was sent a sample that was solid grey and didn't show the pink colour pattern - which would seem to be the main job of a sample. Also, the stone grain crumbled a little and didn't give any confidence that the material would be scrubbable or long-lasting

Hi Kaye, the sample you ordered is made from real natural stone. So we cannot control the natural variation in the pattern. The sample is a very small piece cut from a very large sheet so it is not always possible to show all of the colour and variation in that one small piece.
The samples we send are very well packaged using padded envelopes and cardboard folders for protection. But it seems this is a rare occasion where your sample was damaged in the post. Had you contacted us directly instead of posting a 2 star review we would have been happy to send you another sample free of charge.

WOW! Great product, great service!
Ryan at Lite Stone helped the whole way through the process. He advised us on the products and lighting to use with the Falling Leaf lite stone we purchased. How to unroll it safely. Nothing was too much bother. The finished product we have is incredible, so many compliments. I would upload a photograph if i knew how too :-)

Beware the product can be very inconsistent
The product can be very inconsistent. I only ordered a couple of sheets and I really cannot believe they were from the same batch the colour was so different, but I was informed even within a batch the colour varies so beware.. I also cannot believe with only two sheets they didn't notice themselves. I ended up painting them.

Were sorry you weren't happy with an inconsistency between two sheets. As most of our materials are made from blocks of stone it is possible to have some variation between sheets. We are always happy replace sheets if we are contacted within our 14 calendar day return period.
