I came across lite stone by chance when I was looking for a feature stairwell wall for our house, I sent for samples and was impressed with the product , customer service was great with advice , quick delivery and the result was just what I wanted. We have a building company and will definitely recommend this company for projects .

We ordered a sample, spoke to staff and then placed an order after we were sent a photo of the specific slate sheets. The whole process was so easy and the product looks fab. We used it above a wood mantle with a sealed gas fire below. It makes the statement that we anticipated. Really happy with product.

Brought 6 large self adhesive sheets to go behind our log burner. Look great and they break up a long wall with both a different colour and texture. The team were most helpful with advice when one of the pieces started to come away from the wall. The problem was the scored emulsion paint was lifting from the plaster. Sorted and still attached after 5 fires in the evening this week.

Not installed the product yet, but the service we have experienced has been excellent. Great advice provided on the product we have purchased

Communication throughout the purchase was great. Ryan from sales also sent me previews of the product before sending and gave me an alternative choice to choose from which was very helpful. Even though I bought a full 8x4ft sheet that had to be sent from Germany the delivery was surprisingly quick. All in all I'm delighted with the product and service and will definitely be a returning customer.

An excellent product and very helpful staff; we were kept up to date every step of the way, and were given final approval before the tiles were sent, and the shipping was fast and secure.
Hope to deal with LiteStone again in the future - I'm sure I can conjure up another project at some point.

I ordered trial sample after being told the stone is good for laser engraving. It is not. It cuts well but when engraving I guess there is a coating the refracts the light as you get two engravings a few millimetres off of each other.

Fantastic Customer Service. We were notified throughout. A different delivery date was booked to ensure we would be home. Photos sent of the proposed material. The product itself is just what we were looking for.

The slate sheets are so easy to work with and look very impressive.

Be very careful ordering from this company, we found it is a poor product and even worse customer service.
We ordered the grey slate veneer for a dormer, our builder started putting it on in line with the instructions, but the thickness of the slate was significantly different on each tile, so there was no way they could ever line up properly, even with a dry run which we did. We took photos and shared them with the customer service team, but they wouldn’t accept any returns even of the unopened boxes, because we were just outside of their 14 day period. The product just isn’t fit for purpose and we are now £900 out of pocket.

Update - It seems litsetone are now suggesting my review is not accurate. I have kept my post very factual and Litestone have chosen to get personal regarding my prior reviews, which clearly aren’t disingenuous if you read the response from the companies in question. My builder ordered the lite stone product, and litestone subsequently dealt with me directly when I raised the issue. My builder has built a 30 square metre extension for us, the bulk of it cladded in ecoscape cladding and has done a great job, so l have no reason to believe he isn’t capable of following the lite stone instructions. I have photos of the issue with the lite stone and the correspondence with customer service that I would be happy to post as evidence but I don’t think I’m able to add pictures on trustpilot

For the third time in as many months we have been delighted by our experience with Lite Stone! The whole experience: ordering, communication, packaging, delivery, value for money, and the products themselves is first class. Our upgrades have been small - I would love to have the scope to take on something bigger! - but even a few sheets of this amazing product have transformed our living spaces. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience from start to finish . Ordering was straightforward and a question about the product was swiftly answered . I was kept up to date regarding delivery which arrived on the day it was expected . The product was well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived . The product is great . I am very pleased . I wouldnt hesitate to shop with this company .

Found these guys and they were excellent. Collected five sheets of the gold metal veneer from them and added some epoxy resin to make them smooth so they could work as cleanable splashbacks - they look absolutely stunning in place and really popped the black kitchen and made it IG worthy as well as practical. A really affordable and stunning solution. Will definitely keep this in my little black book for future projects.

Very pleased with the litestone copper tiles. They look just as I’d hoped!
