I just wanted to say a big thank you to all at Camden Tools.
I ordered some stainless steel nails from Amazon as my contractor said that he needed them, However, it transpired that he didn't! These are not exactly inexpensive and they would not be easily used by me.
I, therefore, started a return on the Amazon system but unfortunately the carrier for the return was Evri. There is literally no Evri drop off points within 50 miles and no way that they offer a collection service in my area.
I contacted Camden Tools, by phone, and apologised and explained my problem returning through Amazon. Without question, Sam, said that he would sort out a solution and get back to me. I then received an email from Rita explaining that she had arranged a Royal Mail collection from my home the following day and that the Postman would bring a label with him, but if not, she attached one to the email for me.
This all happened as arranged and I received a full refund issued through Amazon a couple of days later!
The service from Camden Tools was above and beyond what is the "norm" nowadays and it is very much appreciated.

I was trying to buy some sanding discs through Amazon but realised they would not be with me in time. I saw the supplier was Camden Tools. I ordered direct. Website good. I rang them to following day to check when I might get the product. A reassuring response. A tracked delivery arrived promptly. Really pleased with the company.

The product was excellent and well-packaged. It took a little longer to arrive than I expected but Sara told me that was because they had done a quality test on it ( it was custom -made glass), so that was fair enough.

I purchased a hdmi to vga cable it simply didn’t work, what a rip off.

I can not provide a review yet as I am still awaiting my order.
Order arrived this morning, 17/09/25..it was handed to me as I was at home. The product was very well wrapped in bubble wrap, tape and then in a padded envelope, with a thoughtful 'thank you' card which was a nice touch. It will be used shortly as the final radiator is added to the extension.

I started the process of a return the day after my HDI lead arrived, my fault I should’ve realised that I need the metre length as it was too short. Tesco told me tgat they’d initiated the return and that I would hear from them within 24th… nothing. Emailed them and they haven’t replied. I’m now beginning to think I’m being left with a lead tgat is too short my intended purpose and no response from Camden tools cyst services. Since writing this and it appeared on Trustpilot I have received a response from CamdenTools. I’ll update further once they’ve resolved the issue.
Oct 1st UPDATE. Camden tools did eventually resolve the problem, claiming that Tesco’s return information was incorrect ( I can’t clarify this) and sorted out a refund satisfactory and have since contacted Tesco’s Marketplace to amend their return process for this company. So all good 😊

No screws in the pack. Other suppliers include 4 black Japanned screws. This meant I was unable to fit the bolt straight away and in my case having to drive some 20 miles to get some.
