Very efficient and excellent service
I recently contacted Camel Glass to enquire about a window restrictor for a loft window.
Steve and Emily were so helpful in their advice and patience. They were both very efficient and professional.
The restrictor arrived the following morning... Having been ordered late afternoon the previous day!Amazing! It's perfect.

From initial pricing survey to works survey to install we experienced a very professional approach.

Great service, good product & good fitters
Jimmy and Gren came over for fitting. They fitted our shower screen which is unusual shape but fitted perfectly and beautifully. The surveyor and designer James also measured and designed well. He also had good communication with me from beginning to the end.

The installation of balcony doors & windows went very well & was completed in 2 days. Stuart & Tye did a great job installing these, I’m very pleased with the fit & finish of the doors and windows. The only negative is a delay in the smaller upper window, due to late delivery from their supplier. I understand these will be fitted in a few days and will only take an hour or so.

We’re sorry about the delay with the smaller upper window and any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately the late delivery from our supplier was outside of our control, but we know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating.
Our team will get that final window installed as soon as it arrives, and it should be a quick visit as you’ve been advised. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Can not speak highly enough about them, really. We had two new fairly bespoke front doors from them with our own elocks, which they fitted and well. I'd say they went the extra mile for us but I believe they provide such a super high level of service to / for all their customers. Very reasonable prices, to say the least, too. An easy 8 out of 5

A fantastic product, fitted beautifully, quick service polite fitter cleaned up after themselves, and worked around other tradesmen in the same space. Thank you fitters Phil and Caine. And to the staff on the phones and consultants everyone made this easy. I have used them twice before over 10 years so 3rd time just as good.

From meeting Steve the salesman who gave an honest opinion about what products would be right for our holiday home to Simon the surveyor who not only got the measurements just right but came to check on how our job was going. Then the the expert fitters Ryan & Steve ( yes another Steve) who did a sterling job in all weathers. Were always polite & thankful for a cuppa. Asked you constantly if you were happy, talked through the challenges & best ways to do things( even whilst being assessed by ‘Foamy’ Steve) By the end of the week it was like having a couple of mates around & we’d had a few good laughs along the way! Thank you so much for an excellent job. We will definitely recommend you.

Camel Glass to the rescue
We had windows and doors installed by Squarefoot Builders and the standard of the finish left a lot to be desired so we approach Camel Glass, the manufacturers, to try and resolve the many issues with them.
Phil, Caine and Tom have worked tirelessly and displaying excellent trade standards to successfully turn around the finish, so now we have something we can be proud of and when we look at them can now smile and feel satisfied with our new windows and doors.
After completion of all the restoration work they left my property without any signs that they had been in attendance, save for the fabulous windows and doors.

I recently reached out to Camel Glass & Joinery to fix a defective door-lock that had been fitted some time ago. Two of their team members, Chris and Russel, came out today and I’m extremely pleased with how the whole job was handled.
From start to finish the service was excellent. The company responded quickly, arranged the visit without delay and clearly prioritised resolving the issue.
Chris and Russel were both very professional, polite and thoroughly competent. They explained what needed to be done, carried out the repair efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only installs products but also stands by their work and sorts out problems promptly when they arise. I’m very happy with how everything went and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camel Glass & Joinery — and in particular thank Chris and Russel for their excellent work today.

We had a problem with our garage door
We had a problem with our garage door. My phone call was answered by Tony Smith, who came out himself the next day to view the problem.
He subsequently sent round two excellent fitters Russel and Chris who very efficiently repaired the defect. The work was done quickly and cleanly and during their time with us Russel and Chris were true ambassadors for Camel Glass.
