The window fitters were very efficient and professional, personable, polite, respectful, and considerate. We would like highly commend each worker by name, Jack, Adam, Chris, Connor, Paul, and especially Russell, Brendan and Euan, who did most of the work. Retention Work was done promptly. Dealing with Rebecca in the office and meeting Mick and Tony, were all very straightforward and pleasant, including emails between Stuart and us. Mike and Jimmy were fantastic
Mike and Jimmy were fantastic. Also dealt with Jake at the earlier stages who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Did a really good job fitting my new patio doors and window all from Camel. From start to finish Camel were great, but Mike and Jimmy are a real asset to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back to install anything else I may need in the future.

Great Technicians, But Poor Product Quality and Service
This is now the third time we’ve had issues with our windows, and while that’s incredibly frustrating, I do want to highlight that Jimmy and Glen the technicians who came to fix things were fantastic. Truly 5-star service from them, and we appreciated their professionalism and effort.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the product or the overall service. The windows have only been fitted for about 8 months and are already showing signs of poor quality, rusted locks, broken mechanisms, which is not what I expected given the cost. The front doors were never fully explained during purchase; we were unaware they lock from the inside only and offer no outside handle access without a key, which has been inconvenient. The lift-and-slide handle on the patio door is also awkward and difficult to use.
Customer service overall has been underwhelming. Communication and follow-through have been disappointing and have not matched the level of support one would have expected.
At this point, it’s hard to recommend the company based on product quality and service delivery despite the excellent work from the repair team.

We would like to clarify that this was a supply-only contract. As the products were not installed by Camel Glass, we have limited control over fitting or ongoing adjustments. That said, we have still supported wherever possible — attending once free of charge and supplying parts free of charge within the warranty period. On the most recent visit, only a small labour charge was applied for the fitting, as installation was not carried out by us.
We appreciate this has been a frustrating situation, and we’re always happy to provide guidance or direct support within the scope of our supply-only agreements. If you’d like to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to contact our aftercare team on sales@camelglass.co.uk

Initially we experienced a problem with our glass balustrade fixings. However Camel were quick to rectify the problem on a revisit to site. Jimmy & Glen were first class at rectifying the issue we had. Great customer service and great knowledge from these two individuals, leaving us happy customers. 5 stars would have been given if this issue hasn’t happened by the original fitters in the first place. Excellent job, very tidy and polite.
The two men, who fitted my door and glass panell, did a first class job. Very happy with there workmanship. There were however, two scratches on the glass and two scratches on the door cill. This is going to be sorted soon as so overall I'm happy with camel.
