Canadian Adventure 

Horrible company. Misleads people thinking they are Canada made. Pure crap shoes and they promised refund once they received the return. Cost me a fortune to return to China. Now they will no longer respond to my emails nor did I get any refund months later. Do not deal with them or their new name Zena!!!

This is NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY!! It’s Chinese!!

The quality of product is so poor yet the photos when you order seem like a high end product. You fall for it and pay an exorbitant amount of money for literally GARBAGE!!

When you try to get a refund they find all kinds of excuses. Finally they provide an address in China that God only knows if it even exists.

With that in mind and given that you have to pay for REGISTERED MAIL otherwise they don’t accept the parcel, I triple checked with them the address prior to shipping.

I kept track of the parcel that sat for three MONTHS in Chinese customs where nobody claimed!! I kept telling them to claim the parcel, sent the tracking number and finally they told me to ask Canada Post to pick it up and deliver it to them. IT’S IN CHINESE CUSTOMS!!!!

After six months since I sent it, it came back today undeliverable and marked that they tried three times!!

DON’T BELIEVE THEM!! They WILL NEVER REFUND YOU!!
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Needless to say that I am beyond frustrated!!

This is definitely not a Canadian company and the quality dollar store quality. Returns a re to china and a refund is nonexistent. You have to prove that the size was wrong and then you can get another pair but there is an administrative fee. This company is a scam.

Shame on me for not doing due diligence and checking out this site previous to ordering and Shame on you for advertising as if I was buying from a Canadian Company; but whose purchases were to be sent back to China if there was a problem. Not only to be sent back to China but pay in addition to shipping costs, Pay for a track and trace number. This is so unacceptable! The cost of the return costs more than the product is worth!
Your offering me a 15% refund is an embarrassment! Really?
By the way this company is now operating under the name Zena. Buyers beware!
A total scam in my opinion!

A complete rip off. The shoes were too small and returns needed to be sent to China with a tracking #, which would have cost more than the shoes were worth. Customer service is frustrating, quality is poor, sizing is too small, shoes not anything like what you see on their website.

Not a Canadian store, poor quality and poor customer service. Now called Zena footwear. I ordered a pair of shoes that were so cheap they were falling apart in the bag when they arrived. I now have to pay for return shipping all the way back to China myself or accept a 10% refund on the purchase price to keep them.

Absolute GARBAGE!
Cheap, garbage, dollar-store sandals with NO lining! The vamp is not an integrated cut. It's a series of straps all joined in under the vertical strap but the raw edges of those straps are not covered in a lining, so you can feel every one of them, scraping along your toes. I predict blisters all along one toe on each foot within about 1/2 an hr. of walking. Even WITH socks, as there's no way I could stand the thought of having bare feet in a plastic shoe. Talk about a sweaty, stinky situation. Either line them with something thick and non-plastic or recut the vamp so that the straps and the centre vertical strap is all cut in a single piece.

Seriously these things are a JOKE! SO not funny, but an insult to everyone who falls for your scam. And it's not like they're inexpensive either.

You're a disgusting company, with no integrity whatsoever. I will shout from the rooftops to stop people from throwing their money away on your cheaply made CRAP!

This is now called Zena footwear. I ordered a pair of shoes through Canadian adventure then was informed about name change. I requested a refund because shoes were too small. They told me to keep the shoes and in turn to order another pair at no cost. I placed the order and at check out my balance was zero. However my credit card was billed full price hence I paid for two pairs of shoes. I requested a refund, they gave me the run around until their correspondence ended at their end. Canadian adventure was never Canadian. I noticed the same shoes sell on Temu for 3/4 less for price.

The shoes are light and flexible. I got them for lawn bowling and really like them for that. I am not sure I would want them for walking on hard surfaces. There was a flaw in one and they sent a replacement immediately. It was the wrong model and size and they have since given me a code to order the correct size and any model I want with some restrictions. So yes some issues, but they were very quick to respond.

All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!! The products on their website look legitimate but they are not. Cheaply made, poor quality, and false advertising (nothing about these shoes can be considered orthotic). This is a scam. Buying anything from Canadian Adventure or Zeena Footware is supporting an unscrupulous Chinese company. If you are unsure, go back and read the first sentence again.

I received my order and immediately requested return authorization as per instructions on the website. The shoes hurt my feet!! Despite repeated attempts at contact I have not received a single response.

My order arrived on time however the quality is very cheap and the shoes are not the correct size. No sizing is provided on the shoe so no way to check however when put up against my current shoe they are inches too small.
Wish I had done my due diligence before ordering!

What a horrible company to deal with. The product I thought I was getting from Canada which I want to support our country. I ordered two pairs and they were crap. So they want me to send them back to China at a cost to me of $92!! CAD. They totally misled me in thinking I was getting a Canadian product. I see they have now changed their name to ZENA. This is a complete scam to mislead people. DO NOT buy from them.

My sandles were very cheap materials, all thin plastic. They had a very strong, petroleum-like smell that permeated my whole house. I had to wrap them in tight plastic bag. I tried to return but all returns must go to China at my expense. Ended up taking a $6 refund on $44 sandals!

DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADIAN ADVENTURR OR ZENA-FOOTWEAR. Would give minus stars if I could. Every single review here is exactly what happened to me. I believed I was buying a canadian product..not true. Bought two pairs, one casual and hiker. They weren't too bad so after they made me a VIP and offered a discount, I ordered orthopedic sandals. By the time I realised the first two pair were trash, it was too late to cancel sandals. After wearing hikers less than a month, they were garbage, literally throw away.
The sandals arrived and were less than dollar store material.
I wrote the company, sent pictures and requested refund for, at least, the sandals. I had also donated them to goodwill.
Most I was offered was 25% so I told them to keep their refund, It was more important for me to Stop anyone else from being scammed.
Please DO NOT BUY ANY GOODS from these merchants and pass on this message every chance you get

I thought this was a Canadian company. It is not and has changed the name. I was told to return shoes to Asia, at my cost. The shoes were not worth what I paid. Avoid!

I bought orthopaedic shoes to help my pain. They are smelly and cheap definitely not well made to help pain. I am disputing the purchase. Dreadful

Tried to return and get reply can’t find information, sent photos of order , etc, & find come from china .

After waiting in Limbo for ever waiting for these shoes to arrive. They finally arrived 18 days after they said the were shipped. No box, no protection. Filthy, torn package. I contacted company twice they just give you the run around. Do not purchase from them.

Shoes are garbage, wanted a refund. Had to send to Asia but apparently shoes are made in Banff lol don’t even come close to fitting my feet. Do not buy from these guys
