All fake advertising

All fake advertising. I tried to return and they said shipping was on me with an address in China.... Then they push for a 15% refund instead, keep the shoes. They claim the design is made in Banff; not the manufacturing... No phone #, all via email and the infomation changes each time you contact them....

Canadian-Adventure is not Canadian. Online scam!

This is a fraudulent company. They claim to be a Canadian Company based out of Banff and Montreal; however, they have no physical address in Canada and are in fact from China. Their return policy is a scam. Their products are poorly made. It appears that their responses to customers on Facebook are AI generated. I hope that Facebook can find a way to stop these fake companies from posting.

Wish I would have done more research

Wish I would have done more research. This is NOT a Canadian company. Their shoes are made in China and exactly what you’d expect from a cheap company. I could buy better quality shoes at Walmart for $10. The shoes are made of cheap vinyl and have exactly zero support. So disappointed. You can return them but it costs as much for postage as what the shoes cost. So be more aware than I was. Do not buy from this company and expect quality.

Chinese made low quality no refunds

They are NOT Canadian, their shoes are cheap, poorly made with NO orthotic support as they claim. Returns are made next to impossible by making customer pay for shipping ($40 to $60 on $80 shoes!!), and also state that if your return doesn’t make it to their Chinese address within 30 days, there will be no refund given 😳. They could easily claim the product never made it back to them, how would you disprove it? Ridiculous scam that should be blocked on Facebook and everywhere else.

Complete BS

This company as many pr probably already know this company operates out of China. I just received the shoes I ordered and they smell like they just came out of an oil refinery. And they are way too small. You look like glorified sandals. Clearly the reviews on their website are BS. I would suggest doing more research if you're looking to buy Canadian as there are some websites that show all Canadian shoe companies. Canadian adventures is definitely not one of them.

They don’t deserve any stars

They don’t deserve any stars. Shoes come from China - really low quality too. They advertise 100% refund but that’s only if you ship the shoes to an address in China that you have no way of verifying, and no way of proving your package was ever received. At your expense. And you don’t find that out until you try to return the shoes. Sizing chart on their website is off so there is a good chance you will order the wrong size. They registered a Canadian company in early 2025, and blasted facebook with misleading, deceptive ads. They want you to think they are a Canadian company selling Canadian products. They are not. They distribute the shoes from a facility in Ontario and they say they operate in Banff but there is absolutely nothing that’s Canadian about this company or the products they sell. The shoes look nice on fb but they are largely plastic - and really poorly made. Took 14 days from order date to arrival. Can’t come up with a single good thing to say about this company, the shoes, or the return policy.

Fake company

Fake company, Facebook page states it designs and makes its shoes in Banff Alberta, another post they said they are made in Montreal, another poster called them out on that. States they will be delivered in 4-6 days.

They are made and delivered from China! Don’t buy and beware.

This company is deceptive

This company is deceptive. They misled consumers into believing that it is a Canadian based company that designs and assembles their products in Canada offering free shipping in Canada. However, their products are made and shipped from China. If you decide to return the products you have to pay the shipping costs for China. I have yet to get a satisfactory response from this company. The quality of products are inferior and do not match their ads. The sneakers I bought are flimsy and have a strong chemical smell. Lesson learned!! Buyer beware!!!! Do not purchase anything from this company!!

Like everyone else

Like everyone else, I got burned. Non returnable. If they don't fit - sucks to be you. Do not order from this Chinese company. They should not be using our Canadian name. They encourage you to order a second pair with a discount. Don't fall for it.

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with, sent the wrong sized shoes from China, so not Canadian, bag was marked 41 no sizing on the shoe & barely a size 9. Wanted me to pay for the return to China, that's how they recycle their returned shoes. After a back & forth of information cut off all contact!!! Will never deal with them again!!!

Advertised as made in Banff Alberta

Advertised as made in Banff Alberta. First became suspicious when tracking email was via Junta then tracking was not available. I measured for size as directed and as I normally wear a size 9-9.5, I was concerned that it directed me to order a 12. I remeasured and took off and inch and ordered a 10,5. After a few weeks shoes arrived in a package with postage via Junta thru Mississauga.. ( no where near Banff. They are bagged in a bag clearly marked as made in CHINA. They are a full inch or more too big and are like clown shoes and very flimsy.

Chinese made cheap garbage

False advertising, these are cheap Chinese manufactured shoes, not even close to a barefoot style. Scams like this propagate on Facebook because Meta will not do anything about it.

False Advertising

This company is a scam and false advertising. They claim their shoes are barefoot and that they are from Banff, Alta. I ordered two different styles. One pair could be described as barefoot, but very cheaply made. Other pair (often featured in their ads) is not barefoot, they have a narrow toe box, sole almost an inch thick. When I tried to return they discouraged me, saying I would have to return to China and it would be very expensive for me.
