Canadian Adventure 

Two of the shoes I bought were low quality. One with soles you’d find at the dollar store and incredibly awkward to walk in. I wish I had searched reviews first. The website has decent “reviews” that have no active link so you can’t read them or leave a review. I’m just going to donate what I bought and take this as a lesson learned because I don’t have the energy to deal with refunds.

ETA: The company has rebranded as Zena Footwear so beware.

The shoes delivered are not the shoes on the web site. The shoes are a VERY cheap shoe that are not worth a penny!!!! Don't get sucked in like I did.

so angry with myself for not researching, this is not a Canadian company! My shoes were horribly made and shipped from China! Do not trust this company.

Warning to anyone thinking of buying any products from Canadian-Adventure!!

I've just received 2 pair of sandals from this 'Canadian' company and was sorely disappointed in the quality of the products!

After enquiring about returning them, I was told that they have to go back to a 'freight elevator in China', that I'd have to pay the costs to return them (which I knew but thought the address would be in Canada), including paying for a track & trace number!

Here I was thinking that I was supporting a Canadian company but was definitely taken in by their name!

I'd like anyone who is considering making a purchase from them to seriously rethink it! It is a mistake I will regret!

I have donated the 2 pair of shoes to a homeless shelter and I'm sorry to pass on this awful product to a needy person but I can only hope that they will overlook the quality of these sandals!

Please do your due diligence and investigate the background of the companies that you send your money to and especially the reviews of their products!

I also wished I had done more research! My shoes arrived & are such poor cheap quality, do not fit &very disappointed all around! I have sent a request for a refund, but from what I understand, I might as well kiss my money goodbye! 😡

Looks like I got caught too. Although I only wanted to try one pair of their orthotic shoe, when I went to place my order, up popped a second style of shoe a d it wouldn't allow me to delete it. Now that I want to return them seems like it can't be dine without costing me more money. They should not be able to use our 'good' Canadian name.

I ordered "from a Canadian company that said the product was made in Canada." When my package came, it had a shipping label from China under the company's shipping label. (Do they think we're naive?)
The shoes were supposed to offer support - they don't. They are ill-fitting. The closure shows white when attempting to tighten the sandal. Good luck trying to get any money returned. I'm trying. But I get a $35 coupon to be used on their shoes. Not what I want. I need a full refund.

Don’t buy from this company! They are misleading consumers as the shoes aren’t made in Canada! I cancelled my order immediately after ordering because I unfortunately learned this afterwards. They gave me a lame excuse that it was too late to cancel. I’d give negative stars if I could.

As others have mentioned, I wish I had done more research before purchasing. It turns out that it is NOT a Canadian company, the shoes are of poor quality, and returns are nearly impossible. Their sizing chart is NOT accurate at all and I wanted to return the shoes I purchased for a different size (even though the quality is poor) as it became obvious that they were not going to honor the code of customer service and would not make it possible to return them without considerable expense to me. Stay AWAY from this company. They are misleading and make it impossible to get the correct product.

I wish I had done more research on this company before ordering. With all the crazy going on in the world and with these insane tariffs, I was so pleased to be spending my money IN Canada, ON a Canadian Company. Very wrong indeed.
Wanted to return a pair of boots I had ordered. The shipping to 'Asia' was going to be more than the bloody boots.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CANADIAN DOLLARS HERE.

Products are cheap plastic and NOT made in Canada. I will try for a refund but from previous reviews do not have high expectations. Do not buy from this company.

Not Canadian. Extremely poor customer service. I bought a pair of sandals for $54.95. Tried to return them and they gave me a $40.00 gift card to purchase another pair of shoes from them??!!??

Unfortunately, I can’t give negative stars! NOT a Canadian company shoes come from China and are plastic and terrible quality. Return shipping is almost as much as the 2 pair of shoes I bought and I really doubt I’d ever get my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

First of all, This is not a Canadian company. It comes from china and what you receive (in a bag) is very cheap stuff (3 weeks delivery). It does not correspond to the pictures you see on Facebook. Sandals that you would pay 6,99$ or 10.99$ at the most. Something you would wear at the beach, not to go to work.
THIS IS A SCAM.

First of all I discovered after ordering and doing more investigation that this is not a Canadian company - but a Chinese company posing as Canadian. It took 3 weeks for them to arrive. They came in a bag and they are quite small -guessing about size 5 or 6. I order 9 - 91/2. So, burned. The refund process is about as tedious as waiting for the order without proper tracking. Don't buy here.

If I could give no stars I would. The quality is very poor, especially for the price. I would expect to find these shoes in a dollar store. Getting a refund is challenging and they keep 15%. Lesson learned! Don't waste your money.

This company is not a Canadian company as they advertise. The shoes I received are of poor quality and I initiated a return. I was told that I have to return them overseas with tracking. When I asked questions about where the shoes came from, I was assured that they were made in and shipped from Canada. They skirted around my questions of why they had to be returned overseas. I feel like I got scammed,

Scammed. Once I requested a return, they stopped communicating with me. Out $300 and 30 day policy almost up. Has anyone had success returning shoes that are the cheapest quality and absolute crap ever?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are NOT a Canadian company and while customer service was ok as far as response timing goes, they are a China company, and their shoes are sold on TEMU for a fraction on the price. I was told the shoes are designed and assembled in Banff, Alberta, but shipped from China. All returns go to China at a ridiculous shipping fee! I will be reporting them to FB as a fraudulent company and also the BBB as well.

This is NOT a Canadian company. The shoes I purchased had to be returned to CHINA!!!
