Josh was incredibly patient with us. We had to change our order several times and he made sure that the resolution/quality of the images we were using were good enough to ensure that the end product was up to standard and it certainly was! We are very pleased with the final result and we'd definitely come back for more if the opportunity arose.

Faultless order and delivery service and good price

Unfortunately made a last minute order for next day delivery over a bank holiday without realising. I emailed the company not thinking they’re respond until after bank holiday, but one of the staff (Becca) responded straight away during non-working hours and was super understanding about the situation and was able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

This is the only printer I use for my prints. Absolutely fantastic customer service coupled with superlative print quality and price points. Trust me, these guys are the business.

I have bought roll-up banners from Captain Cyan a few times and the service and print quality has always been great.
For my most recent order, I chose the Basic range (as opposed to the Premium model I have ordered before), as this was a one-off use.
While I was obviously not expecting the same quality, the structure of the 1.5m wide banners I received was so week that I had to tie one banner to the walll to prevent it from falling over, the 2nd banner not being used at all.
The Basic banners may be OK for 0.8m but certainly not for anything wider.

Super fast printing, ultra-high quality. And even better, it's local.

SO happy with my prints from these guys! Had to print a load of things for uni (some A3 images for my portfolio and a huge A1 image for an exhibition) and every single one came out so beautifully.

Was a bit nervous about the big one as have never printed anything so large before, but I was in such safe hands. I went for the slightly more expensive paper for this and would recommend doing the same if you're undecided!

The turnaround time was super quick too - just a few hours, and the staff are all so lovely and helpful.

Will definitely be back and can definitely recommend!
