I’ve Captain Cyan twice and had very good service both times. I’m one of those annoying clients that can never get my file to upload and the artwork itself has a complicated size but both times they’ve dealt with me with friendly patience. It’s really simple and great value. Will continue to use them.

Ordered a few prints for my Son's birthday. Ordering process was easy, they were very helpful and friendly. Prints arrived on time and the quality of the prints are perfect. Would 100% recommend, will be ordering from them again

I ordered a fabric A0 poster.The turnaround time was excellent and earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the print quality wasn’t as good as I would have liked. I think this is due to the fabric format, which lowers the resolution. In addition, there was an ink smudge on the poster. In the future I think I will order paper posters only.

I needed to print a single sheet of A2 paper.

Saw "Same Day Printing" on the website, and thought great! I still have plenty of time to prepare a gift for my friend.

I paid for the order, selected pick up in store, so I don't need to wait for delivery.

Two days later still no response. Yesterday they didn't pick up the phone, today it's always busy(I've been calling them for hours)

If I knew that earlier, I could have found some other printing service to print my poster, but now it's too late.

Turns our they're closed from Christmas till January.
I wish they indicated that on their website or Google maps.

Found Captain Cyan while searching on Google, posters arrived quickly, the results are great, process was very easy to use, very good value. Very impressed with the service.

I first found Captain Cyan when I was desperately trying to find a place where I could print my poster within one day and without paying an enormous amount of money. Since then, I am only printing my posters at Captain Cyan, and I tell all my friends about it :)

I walked in to seek advice on the best way to print my banner and they were very helpful in explaining the sizes, finish and delivery options available to me. If you had to pick up outside working hours, that could also be arranged which was a bonus for me. Good service at a reasonable rate.

I had a great experience with Captain Cyan. The online process is very easy and they followed up on the phone to confirm everything before printing. The shipping had no issues too.

I found Captain Cyan to be the cheapest poster printing shop in the city. The staff member was very helpful and friendly when I collected my order. My post came in a storage tube, and I did not have to worry about it getting dirty, wet, or wrinkled.
