I bought the car last year and cruise control fault came up , they ensured me it would be fixed by the time I bought the car. When I got home with the car, the fault came back up. I have contacted them multiple times and heard nothing back but a snotty reply. Months later, I try cancel my warranty and they have done the same thing, ignore all of my emails! Such a scam

Great experience. As soon as i arrived Jordan was very helpful. Left me to look around the vehicle and let me test drive it on my own.
Ask if everything was alright and if i had any consorts with it.
From start to finsh very professional and couldn't or asked for a better service and transaction.

Yesterday, was a really tough day, pass my test and went to a dealership who lied and manipulated, I had been turned away at 5.30 with Carcart closing at 6 I thought I’d try there Will who I spoke to was incredible! One of the politest and well spoken lad I’ve ever spoken to! Got me my dream car with zero hassle literally 20 minutes before closing amazing experience! I have emailed twice with no reply and called on 03330509911 several times but nobody picks up the phone, i have a serious enquiry about my vehicle I purchased 8 days ago. This level of service is very poor and I am tempted to return my purchase within my 14 days as a result. I can't understand if you provide an email and phone number why nobody can email me or call me back.
